I returned a perfectly fine laptop with everything included, nothing wrong with it at all. Even had an employee comment on it, saying it was a nice laptop and then immediately asking why I was returning it, followed by pushing a Best Buy credit card on me. On top of that, I had to deal with four different employees acting like I needed to justify a simple return.
At the end of the day, if an item is within return policy and in perfect condition, process the return and move on. I don’t want a Best Buy credit card, I don’t owe anyone an explanation for why I’m returning something, and I’m not interested in being pressured, questioned, or guilt-tripped for making my own decision as a customer. I won’t be shopping there again.
Best Buy employees were fantastic. The at&t saleswoman was pushy & obnoxious.
Did not have what I was looking for 4k blu-ray for a gift,..... quality and selection has gone down over years nor did they have filters for my fridge in stock.... wasted trip
