We went in for an air fryer. They had one on sale. When we found out, they were out of stock and the sales girl told us we could not buy the display, we asked for the store Mgr. She said "Dave will be over in a few minutes." Dave never showed, instead another girl came. And she insisted we could not buy the display. We asked her why is it on display if they are out of stock and the model was being discontinued? She said it's been there for over a month and they had no control over it.
Frankly, that is not good business. It felt like bait! We walked out and spent nothing! We usually buy big ticket items whenever we shop Best Buy. Not this time. Definitely dissatisfied!
