The website says they have what I want, but they do not have it
The girl with the Afro at the geek squad is useless. She definitely should’ve just gotten her manager if she knows she doesn’t know an answer. Could for sure tell she is inexperienced acting slow.

I visited this Best Buy location because when I checked online it said they had the items that I needed. I arrived about an hour before they were getting ready to close, so there wasn't a lot of customers in there, but there were quite a few employees that were very willing to help me. And they did help me find everything that I needed, and what was listed as being available online was in the store. So I was very pleased with my experience at this particular store.
My dedicated person was helpful.
