This store is out of stock of a lot of items, which I have seen before. The reason for the lower rating is because the person that was sent to help me only knew about as much as me. Not helpful at all.

Great experience while purchasing technology. Two floor associates quickly approached to assist me while making a purchase. Great vibes. Professional, knowledgeable and plenty of smiles. What would have taken me an hour, I was in and out of the establishment within 20 minutes. 5 Star customer service. The product was just what I needed and more.
I took my elderly mother to buy a phone. She had very specific needs. We were fortunate enough to have Rick take care of us. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient with us, and very helpful. Spoke briefly with a couple other employees who were also pleasant and helpful.
