recently visited the Best Buy store in Matthews, NC with the intention of purchasing seven televisions. Everything was going smoothly at first, but I was later informed that I needed to wait for approval from the executive team. I then received an email from the executive manager, and over the course of ten days, we exchanged several calls and emails — all indicating that the purchase would proceed as expected.
However, when I finally returned to the store to complete the payment, I was surprised to be told that I could only purchase two TVs, not the full seven as previously discussed. Even more frustrating, I found that the prices had been increased.
This experience has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and wasted time. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of consistency and professionalism in how this matter was handled.and when I said I wanna go to Walmart next time they said it’s ok we have no problem with it

I stopped by here a few days prior to this review to purchase a Samsung smart watch using BestBuy’s price match promotion. The checkout process was very easy and the employees who helped me were very helpful. Decent experience overall.
Went to the Uptown location, but they didn’t have the fridge we needed. Came to this one instead and Amber in the appliance section helped us out. She was super patient, found exactly what we were looking for, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Most importantly, she was genuinely kind it didn’t feel like just another sales transaction. This Best Buy is spacious with tons of options. Highly recommend
