Absolutely awful. Reached out to their customer service on the phone and they’re so LAZY that they connect you to millions of telemarketers overseas. Which never helped any of the problems I had. Now for weeks I’ve been getting random spam calls, scam messages, etc because I’m assuming my number was sold or leaked.
PLACE SUCKS. Changing my number.
We had the most incredible sales person I’ve ever had help us with our tv and sound system purchase. You can’t beat Aaron at the Matthews store. He was through, patient, and really knew his stuff.
