Thanks Best Buy in Matthews for the excellent customer service for a lawnmower of all things. I initially tried to order for pickup on the phone at Pineville and 2 hours later it started wouldn’t arrive for a week vs same day. I called again and you can’t speak to the store directly anymore which I dislike. So I did it the old fashioned way, went to the store and the team showed me the product and also helped me out with amazing service. 5 stars for store staff. 0 stars for the telephone customer service. I will just do it the old way and go shopping directly at the store. Thanks Best Buy Matthews
