Wasted my time and gas to get help. I stood around for 10 minutes waiting for an associate to help me. She couldn’t stop drinking her Pepsi long enough to actually give any sort of suggestions. She did not bother trying to help me find what I was looking for. I will never spend another dime here.

I asked for a monitor on the display. The store clerk found it and took to the register. I purchased it, got home and realized it was the wrong monitor. I called back to try and make sure they have the other, but instead no one will let me speak to the local store. The supposed local number is a call center, and I was told by customer service that I cannot speak to anyone in the store. If I have an issue to drive all the way back that’s all. I am unclear why there is a phone number to a local location, but customers have to waste time and gas, to fix the errors of the team members and a simple call can’t be transferred. Unacceptable.
