i had the worst customer service experience ever today her name was tachina workman she was extremely rude and not nice at all i will not be back to this locatin
Best buy is literally the best place too buy electronics especially with the total membership well worth the 172 dollars per year it costs heck just the free screen protectors I get for my phones pays for the membership every year but then also every purchase you make comes with a two year warranty plus 60 day returns and 60 day price match its truly unbeatable
I remembered Circuit City, towards the end of their reign, the customer service was horrible. The employees never asked if you needed help, just stood around. Today i went shopping at Best buy for 75 inch Qled tv, and i got that same vibe. 3 employees walked pass me, no good morning, my name is John may i help you with something. Nothing...
Is customer service a thing of the pass?
Is in store shopping a bad thing?
Or is the work ethic for this generation out the window?
Could it just be Best buy is falling off?
I don't know buy i wont return to purchase anything.
