How do I check my order status?

They promised they could transfer everything from one computer to the other they couldn’t then they’ll try to keep my money for transferring. It told me they weren’t allowed to refund it to another company manager just called.

Just moved from Ft. Lauderdale to Matthews, NC and went here today 5/16/26 to buy a new TV, had to walk out terrible customer service.
