Walked in got snapped at by the front guy to why I was there. Told him I wanted a chromebook and point in some general direction to look at the tables. Waited looked for about 15-20 min. Same guy comes up yell at me wait that they were busy. Told him I'm fine no rush, wasn't even asking for assistance. 5 min later a lady helped brought the laptop and immediately rushed me up front to pay for it. Terrible to treat a paying customer like a criminal. Embarrassing experience and was my last purchase at any BestBuy. Horrible staff.

It was busier than normal and there seemed to be less employees but the employees that did walk past me (I counted 2 for sure, perhaps 3) never acknowledged or asked if I needed anything. I literally was standing there opening the boxes of merchandise to see if it was the type of cables I needed and determining the difference. I did ask the employee at the door if there was someone in the computer area who could assist me first though. When I found no one, I had to figure it out myself. I did close all boxes back! And also noting that some were already labeled "open box" anyway!
