Today, my husband and I ( being new customers to Best Buy), went to your store to pick up our new computer. The data from our old computer had been transferred to our new computer.
Most fortunately, we were placed with a worker named Aiden. This representative was extremely insightful and helped us to understand what he was doing on our new computer. Aiden was most patient, very intelligent, and most of all , competent and very knowledgeable .
Aiden represented your store in the best way, and I feel you are most fortunate to have him as your employee.

Total Tech has been a complete letdown. My camera has a mechanical issue and the staff insisted I had to pay a deductible. They told me to look at the receipt I signed, but the wording clearly says the fee applies to accidental damage and certain claims outside the manufacturer warranty period. Mechanical failure is neither of those. Cameras do not even include accidental damage under this plan. The employees did not understand the terms they were quoting and still pushed the deductible. If Best Buy is going to sell these memberships they should at least train staff on what the coverage actually includes.
Friendly Best Buy associates and excellent customer service. We didn't wait or look for someone to assist us. Price matched Amazon and Sam's.
