Best Buy Matthews

Went to the Uptown location, but they didn’t have the fridge we needed. Came to this one instead and Amber in the appliance section helped us out. She was super patient, found exactly what we were looking for, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Most importantly, she was genuinely kind it didn’t feel like just another sales transaction. This Best Buy is spacious with tons of options. Highly recommend

Unfortunately this store in Monroe, NC closed 2 days after we visited. However, the young man there was able to fix my wife's cell phone which had a virus.

I would have purchased a TV (or two) if anyone had offered to assist me. Anyone at all. I know what I wanted, says it's in stock online, but not on the floor. I'm not inclined to beg them or hunt them down to take my money

I recently visited the Best Buy in Matthews, NC, and I’m so glad I did. I initially expected a difficult experience based on some Google reviews, but what I received was exceptional service from start to finish. I was greeted by a gentleman I believe to be the manager, Will, who was extremely pleasant and immediately offered to assist with my laptop exchange. He then referred me to Aaron, who was incredibly knowledgeable about laptops. He answered all of my questions with such confidence and clarity that I truly trusted his recommendations — he clearly knows his stuff. At checkout, Ryan completed my transaction and was also very friendly and professional. Honestly, everyone in the store was kind and welcoming, but these three gentlemen stood out in particular for how helpful they were. I’m so thankful for the experience I had — it turned a frustrating situation into a smooth and positive one. Thank you, Will, Aaron, and Ryan, for your outstanding customer service. I will absolutely return to this location again!
