Every time I come here it's terrible, don't have things that say are in stock, and can't seem to find em, find a door buster that's fully stocked and now they can't find it., and they never responded to me from my previous complaint to customer service when they wouldn't assist me with a computer part.

Worst experience ever !!! I walked in looking for a charger for my MacBook. And I was goin to buy an IPad Pro and some other thing for Christmas gifts. When I walked in @ 6:30pm not a single person said anything to me. Employee where standing in the mobile areas talking and laughing up a storm. I walk thro the entire store before I found the area I need to be in look at all the charger couldn’t find mine check out the iPad had some question but not a sign person payed me any mind. After standing there for 20 min without anyone saying anything I just walked out I was in the store over 40min and not a single employee came to ask if I need help. And they can’t say they were busy cuz there was only 3 customer in the store. There employees could care less. I am done with bust buy!!! This is why retail store are failing !!!!!!!!
