The only reason this is four stars is because the employees were extremely helpful and friendly. Where I would write it a one star is the fact that when you call the store, you have to play 50 questions with a computer, and then you get sent off to a answering service and what is presumably a foreign country to answer a simple question. I simply don’t want to drive an hour to get a product that might be out of stock I don’t need to speak to a customer service representative across the world to find that out the lovely local people would’ve been just . In fact, I almost bought from Amazon because I didn’t like dealing with the 50 questions. The computer was asking me when it couldn’t understand a southern accent. I don’t know what pigeon brain CEO thought that this would be a great cost cutting measure. But it drives away more business Brings in
They certainly stand behind their products. I bought a screen protector with a lifetime warranty and sadly had to exchange it a few times already due to clumsiness, but bestbuy has done it hassle free everytime. That's how business should be done, I got what I was told I was paying for. Feels odd that is now a compliment but it is. Thanks bestbuy

Austin was so helpful! I had to get my fan replaced the week my thesis was due and he made sure to get my laptop back to me in time to turn it in!
“Worst Buy”
This place sucks, they consistently have baren shelves. Every time I go here it looks like a post apocalyptic grocery store. How can you be out of something as simple as batteries?! Also staff is just about as hard to come by, but when you do luck out and find someone you’re better off finding a rock in the parking lot and asking it for help.
