Store manager was unwilling to price match an item sold and shipped by Amazon, I had the item pulled up and verified by a member on the floor. Once at the register they successfully pulled up the item on their end and then waited several minutes and told me it just sold out so they could no longer price match. I would have purchased through Amazon if I had known it would be such a problem to price match to get an extra $20 off of an air fryer.

I am very unsatisfied with my experience at this Best Buy. I purchased multiple iPads with protectors, and was upsold a total yearly membership of $180. Lead to believe that my iPad would be taken care within the duration of the membership. It advertises “We have your back….save time and money…free 2-day shipping…free installation…dedicated member support”
In store, they were dedicated in redirecting me to go to a website myself. Therefore, having me to pay for shipping all because it was not their brand of screen protector.
All in all….it wasted my time. Wasted my hard earned money. The employees should do a better job in being transparent with exactly what is and what is not included. 0/10
