We went in picked out a dryer had to go get assistance from a rude lady who gave us to a rude guy who wanted us to sign before he would explain what we were being charged for. When asked about the charges he insisted we sign first. Needless to say we left and won’t be back.

I bought a 75” TV and within 3 weeks the top seal of the screen became unsealed and it continued to loosen to the point that even a little gnat was behind my screen. The store wouldn’t do anything. It got worse and just yesterday the screen cracked and now I have a TV that I can not watch in less than 2 months. The TV was on sale and even with that, I lost almost $800. Unless you buy their extended warranty that they push, they won’t stand behind anything. For and item that defective in a matter of a few weeks they should have replaced it. I got the excuse, we didn’t make it. But if they sell it they should stand behind it Below I was asked to document it from Best Buy, Why would I want to bother, nothing is being done for me. Notice they didn’t say they would look into it, or better yet replace it, they should have replaced it when I first reported it and showed the seal broken and all the light coming through on the ceiling, or the bug in it. I’m not interested in helping you document it. I’m having Walmart deliver another one today and I’m just out the $. Customer service after the sale is a thing of the past.

Best buy credit card and services are the worst do not get it. They charge an auto renewal fee and their support is incompetent to cancel your account or tell you what it was for. Still fighting them. D Amick
