VERY disappointed. I went to this store to buy a tv that was listed on the website, I drove an hour and a half to get to the store after a phone call with someone on the opposite side of the planet assured me that the tv came with the remote and stand. After getting to the store, I found out that (to the surprise of NO ONE) the person who works in a call center in India has no clue about what is actually in the store. Wasted 3 hours and gas to drive in based on an outright LIE from your outsourced CS reps. STOP outsourcing customer service for stores to call centers on the opposite side of the planet.

I recently made a purchase here, seems like good prices and I was offered the Best Buy credit card, I was told I would receive a 10% discount on my purchase which was significant. When they rung up the order I asked why did the price not go down 10%, I was then told well in order to take advantage of the discount you would need to retrieve your points and use it on the next purchase. which is not a discount its a reward. just be weary of the credit card scam.

I was looking at best buy for a dishwasher. Found the same one here for $100 less at the open box store.
