Came in looking for a specific item. Asked a worker if they had it, he was EXTREMELY disrespectful. Has zero clue how to speak to a customer. Couldn’t get his name, didn’t have a name thing, not a surprise.

Its been along time since I have been to a Best Buy, but its not the same. The prices are pretty high also. Online and Micro Center will probably get my business.
They charged me for a BestBuy plus membership when they said it would be free.
The price of open box items for some reason is more expensive than MSRP. I was flabbergasted walking around looking at prices of electronics. You might be able to score a deal on appliances but that's about it. If you're looking to save money you're in the wrong store.
