Best Buy Pineville Outlet And Service Center

Just picking up my MacBook. Was told out the door would be $658. I get here and it’s $705. No communication through the process. No call backs no emails. Went online and it says they are repairing my Xbox?! They are not here to help, even with an appointment. I would rather deal with Apple than come back here. Very disappointed!

Don’t waste your time here! The staff is incredibly unhelpful, and too many items are locked up. Look elsewhere
