Best Buy Pineville Outlet

They won't let you look at anything locked up in a cage. Took my mother-in-law here to get a laptop and/or tablet. We drove over two hours to shop in person here so she could get a great deal and demo the items she was looking to purchase, however that didn't happen. They would not allow her to touch or try out a single laptop or tablet. When I asked the employee if she could see the laptop they held it up and turned it around and asked if we got a good look at it. The employee also refused to get a manager for us to speak to even after being asked multiple times. The employee stated theft was too high at their store, and that corporate loss prevention watched cameras in their store and if they saw an employee allowing someone to touch a product they would be written up and/or fired. The absolute worse customer service I've ever had at a Best Buy. Do NOT waste your time going here, I am so disappointed in Best Buy. Best Buy responded they don't allow demos of products, really?!?! My local Best Buy let my mother-in-law look at tablets, touch the tablets, and even had demo tablets on display for people handle.

The customer service is less than desirable but they have good prices

Over priced for an outlet found same items on line or at other stores way cheaper
