I purchased a Samsung dryer that had some mechanical issues and did not work. I went back to the store spoke with the manager Iris. She was extremely understanding and empathetic to my concerns. She helped to schedule a free return and replacement of the defective dryer, and even allowed me to get a LG dryer of more value than my original purchase. I would recommend this store solely because of the excellent customer service provided by Iris. Thank you very much!

For Christmas I purchased an a remote starter for my son's car. The appointment was scheduled on 12/27 at 2:30. Was told by management and the confirmation email that it would take 3 hours. So it would be ready around 5:30. They didn't finish until 8:15!! So my issue is just be upfront about install time especially when someone is coming from 40 minutes away and arranging rides because it was definitely not 3 hours!
