I’d give this a 0 if I could. I came from SC to this location in search of an Apple case for my new iPad. Not only was the woman who helped us rude, she lied about pricing, made us feel we were there to steal and was very dismissive. She lied to us about product availability and was so unwilling to help us. As a former employee, I’m so disappointed with the service I received today. Talking to my mother, an elderly woman with a harsh tone and treating customers as if they were there to do anything other than purchase is a disgrace. She didn’t even have her name tag on. She knew her customer service was awful. I would love to share more details to corporate. This is no way to treat your loyal customers of over 30 years.

Customer service was good. Product had some damaged features that were not taken into consideration during the grading of the appliance - this will lead to functionality issues, so it's an upsetting inconvenience.

Update on the broken TV I bought it now powers on by itself in the middle of the night but not the screen just the sound. Now I have to unplug it every night.
