The prices here are good, not great. The staff are seemingly to busy talking to each other, and on their cell phones that they don't have time for any....5, 4, 3, 2, 1.....CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! IF, and that's a huuuuuge IF you go, be prepared to wander around the store without any help!! I have never been a fan of Best Best, and this experience put the nail in the coffin...AGAIN!!

Ordered item for pickup and it has been three weeks. One of the three items is 'delayed' according to them. Mind you when I placed the order, items were supposed to ALL be available for me to pick up within 3hrs of my placing the order. No one at the store appeared remorseful or worried. "Oh It's going to come on time", "Don't worry!" Well, I am still waiting. It's been 3 weeks and change.
