Best Buy Crabtree

Zach and Eddie in the mobile department have horrible customer service skills, I was in the department with no other customers around, I was looked at 3x then continued to stand there and they both turned their back towards me…it was giving , color of my skin vibes… I asked for assistance from the door clerk he grabbed Zach and then Zach comes with a phony ass smile and asks if I needed help. I was planning on buying a iPhone but i immediately changed my mind, asked for a manager and when the associate tried to grab Zach he started walking away from her, she grabs the manager and he says he will talk to Beavis and butthead and speak with the general manager about them. Hopefully he does what he promised because that was the absolute most horrible experience iv had in a Best Buy, I mean they looked straight at me 3x and not one hello or how can I help. Then an older white couple comes in and tht got the customer service I should’ve got…get it tf together! I’m taking my money elsewhere ✌🏾

Came in this evening looking for a headset, wifi extender and an Ethernet cable, Adrian didn’t have to think twice about where they were, had great product knowledge and was super helpful! Thank you for the great customer service sir.

I stopped by this Best Buy while looking for a new computer, and I had a really great experience. The sales team was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions, showed me several different options, and helped me compare what would work best for what I needed without making me feel pressured to buy anything. The store was clean, organized, and had a very good selection of computers and electronics. The location is also super convenient, right by the mall and easy to get to. Overall, excellent customer service and a very pleasant shopping experience. I would definitely come back to this Best Buy when I need electronics or accessories. Highly recommended!
