I had a guy look for something for 20 minutes just to come back and tell me he didn’t know where it was. I went to Target and ask the associate for the samething and she know exactly where it was. They was in and out of target in 10 minutes.

Went to purchase a TV but stopped to glance at the Apple phones. Some young sales lady simply would not let us go. Followed us to the TVs and quite sure she knew nothing regarding TVs. Kept trying to push a membership and had to tell her repeatedly not interested. Someone who I think was a manager helped her with the TVs but when told him want we wanted, his comment was it was the baby of the TVs. Best Buy brand is the baby or lowest rung of the TVs. Really thought his comment was both degrading to the company he works for as well as me, the customer. Finally got the TV along with 2 surge protectors. The lady rang up the sale, didn't bother to put surge protectors in a bag or even hand to us. Now on to the TV. I have one Insignia TV that is over 10 years old that is great, another that is around a year old that is very good other that the volume. The new one is a piece of crap. Volume is bad and when you switch networks, it makes an awful sound. Picture is ok but not great. TV will be going back and with the service and attitude from this store, won't buy another one there.
