My wife needed a simple wired headset for her android. I had to stay in the car, I told her to walk in as soon as she does there will be some one to help her. And that's exactly what happen, thank you best buy, the New Best Buy is ready to help you solve your electronic needs what ever they will be.
Excellent customer service. Geek Squad stays busy so I recommend an appointment.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I placed an order a few days in advance for 2 new iPads. I needed these for a special event this morning. They were supposed to be delivered yesterday and the order was cancelled on Best Buy’s behalf with zero notification to me. After calling customer service they said they could not do anything. I will be cancelling my pro membership and buying elsewhere.
