We had the most amazing service from Kaitlyn && Chris. We're had really limited time to get a soundbar with AVA to help grandma be able to hear her favorite kpop bands and walmart totally failed us nut Chris & Kaitlyn went ABOVE AND BEYOND hunting for what we needed in the warehouse. Thank you guys
The store itself is fine but the young lady that waited on us I wouldn't want to help me again. To start with she acted like we were bothering her, claimed she was an LG expert on TVs but said she would sell us whatever we wanted, very snotty attitude and then told my husband to go get a cart for our purchase . Store manager saw what happened and said we should have been helped with that, but at this point, we just wanted to leave. Sad service this time.
WORST PLACE TO BUY A TV. They sold us a TV for $500 — we ended up paying $1,100 total, including installation, warranty, etc. We literally paid a $250 installation fee for PEOPLE TO COME TO OUR HOME AND SAY, "WE CANNOT INSTALL THE TV ON THIS WALL BECAUSE IT'S AN EXTERIOR WALL." (This means the other side of the wall is the outside of the house, and they said they couldn’t take the risk of making a mistake — because in that case, they would be responsible. Ironically, they charged us a $250 service fee — instead of the regular $150 — by telling us that everything would be covered and BESTBUY WOULD FIX IT if something went wrong.) TF we bought it????? Installation crew said they can loose their job if they install it that wall, we had pity and said ok. (I wish we just returned everything that moment) They ended up installing the TV on a different wall on the 1st floor instead of the 2nd floor. NOW I HAVE TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO COME AND MOVE THE TV. A LOT OF MONEY LOST. You try calling back and can NEVER get someone from the store. They’ll say everything you want to hear — until they make the sale. Oh man.This place is a SCAM. I will never buy anything from BestBuy EVER AGAIN.
