Went in looking for appliances and a new tv for my new home purchase. Ozzy in the appliance department and Mike in the electronic department were fantastic. Both very knowledgeable and took their time to explain things and never once felt rushed.

This store is by far the worst. I’d give 0 stars if I could. No help. Customer service takes forever for them to not even help you. Only reason I had to deal with them was because of Amazon. I don’t like Best Buy. And I’ll make sure I never have anything to do with them again. Best Buy is always the worst and overpriced

I went to Best Buy today and Steve was the absolute best greeter, we loved him. And ONeal was fantastic. I was with my mom that is older and he was super patient but also incredibly efficient and got the Samsung TV she wanted, proper wall mount and got her checked out in minutes. We will be back for our other TVs in a couple of days!!
