This is one of the best stores in the area, and I will be only doing my electronics/appliances shopping here from now on. Every time I have gone in, someone has been immediately available if I have a question. The staff members are very knowledgeable, transparent, and kind.
Recently, staff gave me time to inspect a large open box item and test it. I appreciated this time for what was to me a big purchase. Hayden and others were also very helpful in addressing both payment and delivery questions.
I have been shopping with Best Buy for years, and the protection services provide the best value for things like OLED TVs. I can’t recommend their protection enough compared to other options. I’m really impressed by the service here, and I’m happy that I went with this store for major purchases. I will definitely be working with them again and am grateful for the team here for consistent great shopping experiences.
I was having issues reserving a pre-order online on bestbuy.com. I happened to be in the area and stopped at this BestBuy and Kaitlyn was able to resolve my issue with a breeze! Thank you Kaitlyn!
If you guys can’t get me a simple direct call for me to speak to a direct store staff, then I won’t remove this one stare review! It is truly unbearable that AI is taking control and no one is able to take a simple phone call!!!!!!

The mobile phone sales person (female with dark hair) was abrasive and unprofessional. I stood by a waited for her and another sales person, (I'm assuming the other person was training). She looks over, clearly annoyed and asked "do you need something"? The tone and facial expression was very off putting.
