I stopped by Best Buy today to get a replacement cable for my iphone and was helped by Vinnie, Zak G, Balach and Eduardo. I was also helped by Rox when I returned the product that same day even thought I had left my receipt in the car. The level of attention and hospitality of each of these individuals made for a great customer experience. Thank you!

My phone stopped working suddenly and I went to this location for help with getting a replacement using the protection plan I signed up for at purchase. My replacement was delivered in 24 hours, but I was locked out of my personal Google accounts, so it was a complicated process to get my replacement activated (my fault for not having my passwords documented) Angel and Adrian both went above and beyond and especially Angel was very patient and helpful with me during what a a stressful time for me. I'm so thankful for the excellent customer service that Best Buy is known for, demonstrated by excellent employees. Thanks guys :) I really appreciate you! This reflects well on the management and culture in the store.
BEFORE YOU PURCHASE AN APPLIANCE
Imagine deciding to upgrade your dishwasher, having it installed, and then developing a major leak within 24 hours to deal with yourself. Would pulling up the floors be inconvenient? Take the extra time to go somewhere else. It may be worth it. They may have a shortage of quality installers..
Best Buy chose to have "Installs Inc" perform this installation. Be sure to research this company as they have plenty of negative feedback out there. Be sure your familiarized with this company before you purchase an appliance because they will be entering your home. I purchased a new stainless steel hose to be installed on my new dishwasher. The installers did not install the new hose, and instead hooked the old water line back up. They told me to take the hose back to Best Buy and get a refund. The connection between the old hose and the new dishwasher is where the leak was found.
I can no longer get an appointment with Geek Squad. The GS sights are not on Best Buy's website that I can locate. A store employee told me the sites are hidden on their website.
I recently purchase a laptop at Best Buy, based in large part on being able to count on Geek Squad. I paid to be a member of GS for the year, but that service is no longer possible. I think a Class Action lawsuit is in order.
