Be aware and watch closely when you buy open box products from this Best Buy ….. Open box products of ‘Excellent’ condition are missing parts, also not fully tested before marking that condition !!
I did online purchase a Sony subwoofer, open box, in excellent condition at this location that is 1hr drive from my home . My son picked it up - was missing the charging , the didn’t care check before handing it over . I had to drive all the way to store again to get the cord - which they gave free of charge .
I requested with geek squad to test it for me with new cord - they said they don’t have speaker to test it , how did they mark it excellent condition ?? Turns out their bar is really low , no physical damage and if it turns on - it’s in excellent condition !!
What if I take it home and it’s defective ? I have to drive back again an hr and back to return it ???

I lovved it as soon as I can in I asked were are the phone cases a associate pointed me in the direct location immediately. Very politely and fast customer service
Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I'm actually shocked how unfiendly and unwilling to help or do their job literally every worker in the store was.

I barely went into the store. I was picking up an eBike I had ordered online. The greeter "traffic cop" told me where I needed to go. The young lady at the online pick up counter, Rox, was so friendly I was immediately glad I came. And the guys who loaded my purchase into my van seemed genuinely glad to be helping me. Yeah, I'll go back.
