Upon returning an item (August 2024) I did not need, I was given serious attitude from a manager called Ethan which really was an absolute disgrace. You are supposed to lead by example to your staff. After walking off after serving me, I saw him then clearly moan about the situation to which I can only assume was another manager. Very off putting and will only shop here in future if it’s a last option.

Worst experience here purchased a dryer her and started smoking. I asked for them to pick it up and to have it switched for another dryer they made me wait almost a month, when they came out I wasn’t home and they told my friend “I said that I wanted to keep that dryer that was smoking and they fixed now so it should be good…..and said nothing was wrong with it now and I can’t switch it out for another brand!!! When I contacted them a month again they said I could switch ot out for me being dissatisfied and feeling uncomfortable with it but now it’s no exchange and now I’m forced to pay off a dryer that something was wrong with it at first….this dryer turns off randomly sometimes without completing its cycle!!!! The people that dropped it off wasn’t considerate either and rude and kept the dryer I was suppose to be replaced on the truck and drove off my friend said…they didn’t accommodate with me and do not value there customers so be very careful buying appliances here. If they wanted to fix something instead of keeping there word they would’ve fixed it in front of me properly and shouldn’t have had me wait for a month for a new replacement that I didn’t even receive. Please make sure your valued and go elsewhere wasn’t worth the hassle to buy from them as I have children and clothes accumulated bad and I had to go to the wash house and paid and wasted money and gas money multiple times waiting for my new dryer I never received .
