They didn't have what I was looking for. Some employees were not very helpful.
I had an excellent experience with a Best Buy’s Geek Squad, Fernando helped me resolve an issue with my laptop. From the moment I arrived, the he was friendly, patient, and clearly dedicated to finding a solution. He did a great job at keeping me updated at every step, explaining each method they tried to fix the problem. Even when the initial attempts didn’t work, they didn’t give up and kept exploring other options until they were able to resolve the issue. Their persistence and great customer service made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I truly appreciate the effort and care they put into helping me.
They have a nice store here if you're looking for a laptop or a washer and dryer ext. They let me down when it came to drones.
