Best Buy Raleigh

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had to this time. Huge shoutout to my guy Adrian! From the moment I walked in, he took the time to thoroughly explain all of my financial options instead of rushing me into a decision. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to make sure I chose what was best for me. He was also incredibly respectful and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. We ended up having some great conversations, and he even dropped a few life lessons that honestly made my day. You can tell he truly cares about the people he helps. I hope I get to work with Adrian again the next time I’m at Best Buy. Keep being the person you are, you made my day, and I really appreciate everything you did. Also, shoutout to the rest of the staff! I didn’t catch everyone’s names, but everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Great team all around. 5/5.

Their car.\nAudio installation is not there from what I'm told by staff that it hasn't been there for 3 years.How disappointing

I just want to commend the staff member Cynthia at the Capital Blvd Raleigh, NC location who was so excellent with us today (July 13, 2026.) We had a lot of questions as we wanted to make sure our brand new computer was up and running good. The whole time Cynthia was extra patient with us, answered every question and got everything set up for us. She made some really good recommendations which we took full advantage of and she also made sure we had everything downloaded that we would need! Overall Cynthia was so nice and kind to us provuded outstanding service that went incredibly above and beyond and I'll be singing her praises for days! Thank you Best Buy and thank you SO much Cynthia! 10/10!
