If you guys can’t get me a simple direct call for me to speak to a direct store staff, then I won’t remove this one stare review! It is truly unbearable that AI is taking control and no one is able to take a simple phone call!!!!!!

The mobile phone sales person (female with dark hair) was abrasive and unprofessional. I stood by a waited for her and another sales person, (I'm assuming the other person was training). She looks over, clearly annoyed and asked "do you need something"? The tone and facial expression was very off putting.

My wife needed a simple wired headset for her android. I had to stay in the car, I told her to walk in as soon as she does there will be some one to help her.
