The employee Michelle was very helpful. As soon as I walked in she asked if I needed help and had me at the product I was looking for in less than a minute. I highly recommend this employee! Thank you Michelle and thank you Best Buy!!!
I recently purchased Meta glasses through the Meta website. I chose this Best Buy as my pick up location and upon collecting my item, it was obvious that the item was used. The box was anlready open and was dirty. Before leaving the store, I told them I needed a different pair, as I was trying to work out possible solutions they had already issued me a refund. Dylan the supervisor had no compassion for the inconvenience caused, he simply kept spitting out the same robotic phrase of “there’s nothing we can do. It’s a third-party” the entire time cold and dry. The customer service was very disappointing. I now have to wait two weeks in order to get another item shipped through a different website. These glasses were for an international trip I had planned. Be mindful Best Buy has employees opening products and using them in the back. You will be the one inconvenienced for employees testing out products

I had a guy look for something for 20 minutes just to come back and tell me he didn’t know where it was. I went to Target and ask the associate for the samething and she know exactly where it was. They was in and out of target in 10 minutes.
