Went to Best Buy today to get my phone battery replaced and Mr. Casey was very helpful and cooperative from start to finish. Clearly said they have the battery in stock, so they ran diagnostics and said 2 hours will be needed to replace the battery. Everything was done within the promised time frame. Go to here for your original battery replacement without hesitation instead of going to an Apple Store.

Boris and Daniel were very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products offered at Best Buy. They both assisted me with a washer/dryer purchase by researching different appliance features and helped me make a decision. They also recommended a very nice OLED TV. Both associates were extremely knowledgeable of the different brands available and shared information they knew about quality, value, and longevity of the products. Since I was making a large purchase, they also let me know about the Best Buy Credit Card promotions. They were extremely patient with me, answered all of my many questions, and were upfront about various promotions, pros/cons of different Best Buy Membership options and extended warranties, etc. I never felt pressured to buy the memberships/warranties, but felt like I was given good information to help me make a decision. I just wanted to give both Boris and Daniel a shoutout for their exceptional customer service. Thank you!
