Best Buy Raleigh

Boris and Daniel were very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products offered at Best Buy. They both assisted me with a washer/dryer purchase by researching different appliance features and helped me make a decision. They also recommended a very nice OLED TV. Both associates were extremely knowledgeable of the different brands available and shared information they knew about quality, value, and longevity of the products. Since I was making a large purchase, they also let me know about the Best Buy Credit Card promotions. They were extremely patient with me, answered all of my many questions, and were upfront about various promotions, pros/cons of different Best Buy Membership options and extended warranties, etc. I never felt pressured to buy the memberships/warranties, but felt like I was given good information to help me make a decision. I just wanted to give both Boris and Daniel a shoutout for their exceptional customer service. Thank you!

Great experience at Best Buy! I ordered a gaming computer online for pickup, and within about an hour, my order was ready. I ended up arriving at the store around 7:45 PM, only about 15 minutes before closing. Sometimes when you walk into a store that close to closing time, you expect the staff to be rushing you or not very welcoming, but that was not the case here at all. The employees were pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I went straight to the online order pickup counter, and the entire process was quick and easy. I arrived around 7:45 and was back out the door by 7:50 with my order! What made the experience even better was that we purchased the gaming PC as a birthday gift for my 14-year-old son, and the staff even took the time to wish him a happy birthday. That small gesture meant a lot and made an already great experience even better. Fast service, easy pickup, and friendly staff. I’ll definitely shop at this Best Buy location again!

The geek squad is awful and unprofessional. Through my AppleCare I booked an appointment for this evening at 6:20 PM to repair a cracked screen. I watched a few staff member members dealing with other people and also bouncing from in and out of the back. No one ever once looked at me and acknowledge my presence as it became later than 6:20. Finally at 6:50 PM a lady informed me that there was only one machine in back to repair cracked screens and they just started on one which takes 2 to 3 hours so they would not be able to see me this evening. Shame on their stupid faulty system and shame on the non-professional employees that didn't take the time to inform they wouldn't be able to help me me ...as my appointment indicated the reason for my appointment.

Christol has been absolutely amazing every time I’ve come into Best Buy. She helped me pick out my new camera and has continued helping me with lenses, accessories, and anything else I’ve needed. Awesome customer service!
