Best Buy Raleigh

We came in a few weekends ago trying to decide on a new TV for our living room. Gideon was really nice and helpful. He gave us information about common sale prices for some TVs we were considering and also answered some questions to help us decide between a few models.

I told them the phone I wanted that was on sale. There were none in stock, so they ordered it for me. Got it a few days later.

This is one of the best stores in the area, and I will be only doing my electronics/appliances shopping here from now on. Every time I have gone in, someone has been immediately available if I have a question. The staff members are very knowledgeable, transparent, and kind. Recently, staff gave me time to inspect a large open box item and test it. I appreciated this time for what was to me a big purchase. Hayden and others were also very helpful in addressing both payment and delivery questions. I have been shopping with Best Buy for years, and the protection services provide the best value for things like OLED TVs. I can’t recommend their protection enough compared to other options. I’m really impressed by the service here, and I’m happy that I went with this store for major purchases. I will definitely be working with them again and am grateful for the team here for consistent great shopping experiences.
