As former retail and former Best Buy I don't like leaving a negative review but feel the need to. I don't remember the culture being this way. On a recent visit I wanted to see what the hype was on the new Samsung ZFold series. Not a bad product but dismissed by Samsung representative as me not needing to talk to him because I have a current version and get updates. That wasn't so bad except he then just walked away. How did he know I didn't want something for sure? On top of that my visit with my wife made my wife feel like a 2nd class citizen. She was not approached by any salespeople UNTIL I was with her and then we were greeted with "how can I help you?" phrases. Why did that make a difference? That was awful. Salespeople not as friendly, on phones (which I get to help with products) did not make it a good shopping experience.

David,
Thank you for taking the time to share what you and your wife experienced when visiting your local Best Buy. It seems that we really missed the mark and have let you down. This is not the experience that we want and definitely not how we want to be remembered. Please send a private message to one of the links below so that we can look into this further. We ask that you reference "Google Review 197166".

Always a good experience and helpful staff. Geek Squad helped a lot.
I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had to this time. Huge shoutout to my guy Adrian! From the moment I walked in, he took the time to thoroughly explain all of my financial options instead of rushing me into a decision. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to make sure I chose what was best for me.
He was also incredibly respectful and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. We ended up having some great conversations, and he even dropped a few life lessons that honestly made my day. You can tell he truly cares about the people he helps.
I hope I get to work with Adrian again the next time I’m at Best Buy. Keep being the person you are, you made my day, and I really appreciate everything you did.
Also, shoutout to the rest of the staff! I didn’t catch everyone’s names, but everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Great team all around. 5/5.
Their car.\nAudio installation is not there from what I'm told by staff that it hasn't been there for 3 years. How disappointing
