HORRIBLE CUSTOMER To Whom It May Concern, Today I walked into your store as a caregiver for a visibly disabled person. I asked a staff member for help locating an item. Not assistance with lifting. Not special treatment. Just help. What I received instead was a finger vaguely pointed toward the back of the store, as if I were an inconvenience that needed to be redirected rather than a human being asking for basic support. No one walked with us.No one followed up.No one cared whether we were able to navigate your space safely or at all. Do you have any idea what it feels like to be responsible for someone who cannot easily move, cannot easily search, and relies on you—relies on your staff—to treat them with basic dignity? Apparently not, because your employees acted as though accessibility begins and ends with a lazy gesture and ends with indifference. Let me be very clear: pointing is not help.Dismissal is not service.Ignoring a disabled person is not neutrality—it is neglect. After standing there realizing that no one intended to assist us further, I left your store angry, humiliated, and painfully aware that your business is not a safe or respectful place for disabled customers or those who care for them. If this is how your staff has been trained to handle accessibility, then your store has a much bigger problem than poor customer service. It has a values problem. I hope you take this seriously, because today you didn’t just lose a sale—you confirmed that people who need help are not welcome in your space.

Needed a VoIP phone by Ooma and Best Buy had a better deal than Amazon.
