Best Buy Plus membership pay annual fee. Recently went in to purchase refurbish Iphone with current long distance carrier, TMobile. Was told only refurbish can be purchased through their website and no longer contract with TMobile, only with AT&T and Verizon exclusively. Furthermore, told if I decided to make a purchase new/refurbish, I would need to change my long-distance carrier who I had over 10 years. Will be canceling incentive membership contract prior to renewal. Salesperson knowledgeable and professional.

We spent over a hour or so talking about which stackable unit to buy with our salesperson. The Salesperson didn’t include the stack kit with our “stackable” washer & dryer! So when it was delivered we had to call bestbuy and buy a kit that was to be delivered 2 days later. We received a text to confirm and after we couldn’t get the confirmation to work we called Best Buy Help & were told the kit is on back order and won’t be delivered for 2 months. Guess we’ll work around the space issue for 2 more months. Frustrating disconnect. We will see how this plays out.
