" We don't care about your computer!"
This is what the manager Aubrey said to me when I was trying to inquire of him if we could compare my current PC to the one I wanted to buy.
When I first went up to get the computer I had ordered online I was told by the young salesman with no name tag that the computer I was going to pick up would not even be able to open up Google spreadsheets.
Then he pointed in a general direction and said you should go look at those over there if you want to be able to work with the sheets you currently have.
From that point I could not get any help from anybody so I went up to the manager and thought I would stand a chance with him.
As noted above, he didn't care.
This is why businesses go under because management truly does not care.

I stopped at the store in search of a gift idea. I was in the store for exactly 7 minutes, and in that 7 minutes, I was approached 4 times by 4 different employees who wanted to manage and supervise my gift shopping experience. As soon as I could get rid of one, another would appear out of nowhere to try again. Finally, I left in utter disgust. A much better and low pressure shopping experience can be found on Amazon. Best Buy? Never again. Never.
