Dallas was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, was very honest with me about what my best options were and the whole team seemed to genuinely care about my experience shopping. Andi was also very helpful and kind. Everyone that helped definitely made me want to return as a shopper.
Went in today with the intent to purchase a TV. I found one I liked, but it had 3 different prices on it between 200-299. Waited about 5-8 minutes for help, had to ask someone finally. When I showed the guy the TV I wanted and the 3 prices listed on it, he said that none of them were the listed price, and that 'they' should have already taken care of this. Offered no additional help, discount, or to make it right buy selling it at one of the 3 prices shown directly on top of the tv. Feel free to reach out because I liked this place, and hopefully just had bad service.

Horrible experience ordering a New Remote for television purchased there. TV is fantastic. Those small remotes are JUNK! Don suggested getting a Universal remote in order to Not lose remaining Four Years of Warranty.
On June 29th, per Don's instructions, purchased one. Their delivery company sent text message at 8:30pm stating Roadie driver will be here on Wed July 1st around 9:15pm, saw how dark the drive up was, and Did Not Even Have the Remote!!! Therefore Canceling the order!!!
Check bank statement and remote price was Deducted July 4th. Call store, 30 minutes on phone with Juan..... No help there, had to Again transfer me to the "Primary Care Department "!! At this point, I Need to go to a Primary Care Medical facility by dealing with this JOKE OF A BUSINESS since June 29th.
Now order has been canceled and My Money will Not arrive in my bank for FIVE TO SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS!!!!!
I COULD NEVER GIVE THIS PARTICULAR STORE, NOR ANY EMPLOYEE ANY RECOMMENDATION....... STAY FAR AWAY! Walmart gives Much better Customer Service on Everything!
