I am from out of town but my family is from the area. We had came up to visit and brought my grandmother a new phone to upgrade it. She went to here to disconnect her old phone and start her new phone. The Geek Squad had her in tears by the time she left. She had asked questions and the boy who was helping her was getting snippy. She apologized for asking so many questions and the boy replied “don’t worry, I’ll get more stupid questions later today”. She even tried to speak with his manager about the situation. The manager then proceeded to belittle my grandmother for not getting the newest iPhone. This was uncalled for. If you cannot be nice, don’t say anything at all. You’re in customer service for heavens sake!
