There was a wait time even with a scheduled appointment but that’s to be expected anywhere you go. I wasn’t sure what to expect but Luke went above and beyond and explained every step that is part of the process and set expectations too as to not disappoint. Not only was he thorough but also patient and kind which helped ease my anxiety. Thank you for your amazing customer service!

Great Best Buy. They really need to make it a magnolia center where they offer more professional grade gear. Especially in the camera department but I could be a little biased. Otherwise great place. The one manger has been there a while and he’s awesome. I’ve ordered a lot of my camera gear through them as well as had some repairs done on gear that was covered under their protection plan
