I live 2 hours away in Raleigh and specifically drove to this store because Best Buy online said they had an espresso machine that was open box in “excellent” condition. I attempted to call the actual store to confirm this before driving the distance but Best Buy won’t even let you connect with someone at the store and the remote foreign assistance was of zero help so I took the chance and purchased online and drove 2 hours. Got to the store and the Breville machine was in fair contrition not excellent. Missing the box which isn’t a big deal but had zero and I mean zero of the accessories that come with the bambino plus. Excellent condition states works and looks like new and all parts and accessories are included. It is absolutely horrendous and unacceptable for a store to list something so completely incorrectly. Complete waste of my day and gas money. This would again have been avoided by actually being able to contact a store. I’m sure Best Buy won’t make things right and doesn’t seem to care about customers. Just a big box store that’s out for profit. Don’t recommend shopping at this location or any location for that matter.
Issue with damaged delivered tv. After getting nowhere with customer service. Went to store they took care of it.
Talking to an offshore Technical Support-if one can call it that-is a terrible experience, especially when there is a language barrier. Wise up Best Buy management! You need a lesson in PR.
Why not let the local Best Buy outlets handle tech support problems as well as scheduling appts. Will cost you some $$ BUT is it not worth the investment to improve the declinging resputation of Best Buy.....
