My visit here was absolutely horrendous. I came at 10am, just to get a screen protector for my iPad. That’s it. I got up to the counter, purchased my screen protector, and then asked if someone could put it on. I was then sent to a different desk, charged a $25 installation fee, and then told to go to a THIRD desk to get them installed. I walked over to the area, waited 10 mins, then told they couldn’t do it there either and was sent to geeksqaud where I stood for upwards of 20 mins. No one acknowledged I was there, just awkward direct eye contact from a woman named Mandy, and rude comments from both other people there. The lack of customer service is appalling. I’m half your age, and I still provide better service. Do better.

They are cheaters and Thieves,
I have them to put a glass support for my cellphone and they said if I get it, they will change it if it is cracked with no charge any time as a lifetime support. It cracked immidiatedly and I was out of country for a while. When I came back and aksed for replace, they charged me $8!!!. If this is not stealing money, then what is it? They cannot contradict their contract. It was my last purchase from Best Buy for sure.
