I got an email saying I had a $10 certificate to use on any purchase. Nowhere on the email did it have an expiration date, so I kept it until I would need to buy something. Two months later I needed a new iPad. Both Best Buy and Amazon had the same price, so I bought it at Best Buy since I had a $10 certificate. Well, when I picked it up at the local Best Buy, the customer representative said there was no record of the certificate on my account. I did a chat with Best Buy the next day to complain about it and both their rep and the supervisor acknowledged that there was no expiration date on the email, but said the expiration date was on my account. The supervisor thanked me for pointing out their mistake and would see about rectifying it in future emails. But I still did not get my $10 certificate.
Been a customer for years, but no more.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever received from a Best Buy store in my life. The manager, Jake, was very rude and unwilling to help whatsoever. As someone who’s a business owner myself, professionalism is the most valuable personality trait that anyone can have in a business and not only did Best Buy lose me as a “Plus” member - but Jake himself lost me as a customer at this location for good.

Made an appointment to buy an Apple phone as directed in the on line sale add. Was told by the manager Isaac Dollar that he didn't know anything about appointments. Later repeatedly told me that I am the only person to ever use that service. Had someone assist me after a long wait who was rude and questioned the validity of the add and required me to pull it up on my phone. I left and will never shop at Best Buy again.
