My mom and I were searching for a stackable washer/dryer combo unit. We had the pleasure of working with Dan. He was amazing. Extremely personable, patient and answered all of our questions. And if he wasn’t sure about something he double checked with his manager. I really appreciated his assistance.
They didn’t have the combo we were looking for on the sales floor at Best Buy, so we went to Lowe’s to get a visual. The level of customer service was night and day. So we returned to Best Buy to make our purchase.
In a world where everyone is a rush to get folks in and out to complete a sale, I really appreciate the customer service we received a BB. The gentleman who assisted Dan was awesome also…

Made an appointment to buy an Apple phone as directed in the on line sale add. Was told by the manager Isaac Dollar that he didn't know anything about appointments. Later repeatedly told me that I am the only person to ever use that service. Had someone assist me after a long wait who was rude and questioned the validity of the add and required me to pull it up on my phone. I left and will never shop at Best Buy again.
I tried to buy a phone out right in full and was told I couldn’t because I have a business AT&T account. What a joke shouldn’t Matter personal or business if you are paying for something out right. I’ll order my stuff online from now on and it want be from Best Buy. Lost my business!
