This is probably the best Best Buy I've been to. Its large, clean, they have a lot of staff that have extensive knowledge on products, honestly a rare thing these days. I was there this weekend, behind just 1 person in line, but Addison opened another register just so I didnt have to wait.
Everyone here has been very polite, this is every time I go in this store.

Hadn’t been to a Best Buy in years - and finally went in to this location to purchase some things for Christmas.
I have to say, I am happy to see a Brick and Mortar store like Best Buy still around. It’s nice to be able to physically see a product, and ask questions to people who are knowledgeable. The pricing is very competitive with online sites, but the customer service was just really good.
Every time I went, I was greeted by several employees asking if I had questions or needed help finding something.
I did have to use the return / customer service side after Christmas due to an issue with a computer, but, even they were amazing to work with / no questions asked.
In the end, it was not just one good experience, but multiple, and thought it would be worth sharing.
