Terrible service, living to your face.
Bought an open box Xbox controller for $100 was advised to purchase the warranty for $40 it covers anything any issues bring it back and you get a brand new one, end of story. Turns out the controller doesn’t work correctly so I bring it in get told, no you now need to pay the price difference of $70 for the new controller, which the other staff member at customer service says no he’s right he shouldn’t have to. So I asked to speak to the manager only to be told that’s the way it is. So I explain why would I pay $140 for a used controller with a warranty that isn’t worth crap then pay another $70 making my total out of pocket $210 when the controller is $170 new, all she can say is she understands. Obviously not cause your staff are committing fraud lying to people and can’t even get their story straight between them!!!
So I demanded a refund of the original cost and the warranty to be told oh you can’t, we have a 15day return policy, funny how I got my refund when I threatened to call a lawyer. Believe me I will be contacting corporate about this terrible experience in this store.
Came here for storage for my phone since I've been videoing myself since I feel like I'm having memory issues from my accident on March 30th 2026.
I walked out with Legos instead...
