I purchased computer equipment and had the pleasure of meeting Zach Bink. He was extremely knowledgeable, provided great customer service, and helped educate me in a very short amount of time. He is truly a quality employee and will definitely be a reason why I return to the store. It was a great experience, and I was very impressed by his professionalism and knowledge.

Staff in the electronics department was very helpful in finding me the item that I needed it was just unfortunately $55 more than the exact same item on Amazon. Big bonus they do have a payphone in the entrance.

I am writing this review in hopes that the actual General Manager of the Wilmington, NC location, or the District Manager, will contact me regarding an unacceptable experience on 02/27. Around 5:30 pm. I attempted to purchase an item that was clearly displayed at $89.99. At the register, it rang up $149.99. The employee who was called over to help admitted outright that the pricing error was the store's fault—specifically stating that the stock was incorrectly placed by an employee and that the item wasn't actually on any planogram. Despite acknowledging the store's mistake, this individual completely refused to honor the displayed price. Instead, they walked over and removed the remaining incorrectly placed stock from the floor. When I asked for the store manager's name to escalate the issue, the employee claimed they were the store manager, yet flatly refused to provide their name. A real manager standing behind their store's policies does not need to hide their identity from a customer. Mistakes with merchandising happen, but punishing the customer for an admitted employee error and refusing to provide a name is incredibly unprofessional. I expect the actual General Manager to review the security footage from the registers on 02/27 at around 5:15-5:30 pm and contact me to resolve this.
