Went in to get a specific Nighthawk WiFi router. The retail associate offered to help could not find what I wanted advised me to take something different picked up the item after he walked away I looked around the store and found exactly what I wanted on another aisle.

Went to the store to pick up what was supposed to be a delivery order. Driver never called and failed to make a delivery but the folks at the customer service desk inside the store were awesome and helped resolve the problem and get me on my way. Next time just pick up in store instead of having it delivered, if possible.

This store is the absolute best if you want nothing but aggravation. I purchased over $10k in TV and audio equipment. We set up delivery and install dates. Delivery day came and nothing was delivered. I was told tv was not available and was being shipped to them from another warehouse. No notice, day wasted. Audio equipment was scheduled for a later date. Once again, equipment I was told was available was actually not available. Weeks of delays. I drove an hour back to the store to speak with the manager. He was had to make arrangements to have items shipped to me from other Best Buy regions. We then scheduled the Geek Squad installation for the audio system. Manager looked at his computer and gave me several dates that were available. I took 12/29. Best Buy's call center in India then called me on 12/21 to confirm my 12/31 appointment. Why would they call to confirm an appointment that was incorrect? I told them that the install was to be done on 12/29. He said he would contact the manager to confirm. Today (12/27) i had to call to make sure it was taken care of. It was not. Best Buy India told me that it was going to be 12/31 or they would cancel and I would have to reschedule sometime in mid January. My delivery window on 12/31 is currently some time between 7am and 7pm. It's a holiday week and I have family visiting from around the country, but I am responsible to accommodate them at whatever time they choose on New Years Eve. Bottom line. $10k spent. Over a month with only a tv to show for it. No apology. No reimbursement. Just some guy in India telling me to take it or leave it. Do yourself a favor and NEVER use this store for anything more than buying something you can actually walk out of the store holding in your hand.

Ordered new washer&dryer in November. Dryer back ordered. Delivery set for 12/23. Gave detailed instructions in email and verbally 2x that there was sunk hole in front of house- deliver in back. Driver drove over cones/sink hole area (10 feet deep)Frightened for them I yelled at them. Driver stated I was rude. No delivery. I am elderly and was truly frightened the street would give way. My delivery is unknown at this time.
