When you unknowingly buy damaged items from this store just know no matter the time frame best buy this location will not refund your money very inconvenient

For the most part it’s a good store but they make you wait a long time in line for online pickup
I arrived just as they opened upon going inside I was greeted by a young clerk while talking about game consoles that I was intending to buy, a supervisor walked up between us and told the clerk to help a different customer now the clerk was puzzled I told him to go ahead and help the other customer when he finished he found where I had gone to and apologized for his supervisor then proceeded to assist. After buying the consoles I asked to speak to the main manager that was at the store the clerk was told they didn't have time to talk to me to handle the matter. I complimented the clerk and left
Stay away from this store. What a disgusting display of communication (actually none in that regard). I wish that I could give 0. They either never had our order, were too lazy to deliver, or sold it after they didn't deliver it. Either way it's a combination of one of the three. But hey call their number and you get a call center where they don't speak proficient English and have no access to contact the store. If anybody from the store reads this tell me what happened to order #1125183133416. Call me if you have the guts
