Upon entering the store, my son and I were greeted by a gentleman by the name of Jerry. He couldn't have been more accommodating. He let us come in and exchanged my Lenovo laptop and assisted us and he was very helpful and friendly. Thank you and great job! 👍

Stay away from the automotive department. They're management is practically non existent. They can't communicate between departments. They don't properly train the people in best buy to do anything with the auto department or even properly set an appointment.
I've been waiting for a over week to find out it's not gonna happen. Get a phone call 10 minutes before I walk in the door to tell me they can't keep their word. Get everything straightened out... I thought. They call back to ask for more money to order parts. Ask for a manager... 3 hours later still haven't heard anything. This is absolutely ridiculous, I've spent thousands of dollars in best buy. Tvs, projectors, consoles, smart home devices. This was the last time I'll walk through those doors.
I do it myself for half the cost. This is pathetic.
I just want to give a big thank you to the best employees at Best Buy. I bought a new cell from you'll a few days ago. You guys were so helpful helping me transferring everything on the old phone to the new one. Madison, in customer service, your a rock star. Another girl in customer service was very helpful too, so was one of the Geek Squad. Thanks again for your fantastic customer service. Fred Singleton.
