Great experience with Yanni R. McGill at the Geek Squad in the Wilson, NC store. My phone wasn’t charging properly, and she quickly cleaned out the charging port—now it works perfectly. Very professional and helpful. Highly recommend!

First time at this one in Wilson and I ordered a TV online through Amazon but was sold by Best Buy (which was cheaper) and it was delivered to this location for next day pickup. I'm disabled with Multiple Sclerosis and use a walker and THANK GOD I took my neighbor because the two employees as I walked in was all into each other and seemed the boy was trying to court the girl and the man at the counter acted like he wasn't sure where my TV was an asked me to hold on and walked away and then came back to the counter and proceeded to wait on somebody else. Never said, hold on somebody's coming or anything. And then another man approached me and then went and got my TV and put it at the exit. I then asked the girl about a cart to take it to my vehicle and she said you can just pull your vehicle up and continued to laugh and giggle with her coworker courter. Left my neighbor to carry the 60-inch TV outside. LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
