Staff is usually very helpful if needed. Pretty good about keeping stock of products. I do really enjoy the Total Tech membership because if you do a lot of shopping there it has perks that make it well worth it, such as 2 year warranties on almost everything you buy, exclusive discounts on products, early access to products and more! Check it out

Horrible customer service, bought a PC and 21 days after it died and I was told by geek squad that it was most likely a failed motherboard and the manager lasaro said that they can exchange it but I have to pay 50 bucks to get the best buy plus membership.
Absolutely horrible customer service.
