I purchased an 85” top of the line TV with mount, sound bar and shelf. Close to 6k! Purchased 6/2/26 had to wait till July 15 for installation which we paid extra for. Come July 14th I received a call informing me they have to reschedule. So now we wait for the installation to occur on Aug 10th. Between 2-5. Called to check on arrival time 4 times. Last one was at 4:15pm. Every time they kept telling me they still have time to get to you. They stop work at 7pm for the install team. No one even reached out to me in regards to the NO SHOW!!
Went back to the Best Buy today in Wilson NC approx 1:45 pm ( 1 hour from my house, yes that is the closest one to us) . I was willing to give them another chance.! But the manager electronically reach out to another department that handles installation. And they will call you within 45 min. I told him 10 min not waiting here that long and it will be solved before I leave. Well while I was waiting I decided to get my ammunition ready for the phone call . So I decided to ask the manager if the TV was even picked up!!!! Well lo and behold NO!! So how could I be scheduled for install with NO product!! That is when I decided to get a refund. OH and still no phone call from the higher up!! Never again!
