Please shop elsewhere. Towards the end of August, I bought a PC from here. I decided to buy the 2 year protection plan. Before buying, I asked the employee more about it. I asked him, “So if this gets knocked off my desk a month before it ends, I can come in and get a new one?” He then responded with, “Absolutely”. Shortly after purchasing, I had an issue where my monitors would go black and the fans would speed up rapidly. I tried everything I could to fix this before taking it in to Best Buy, as I thought I had plenty of time. I then brought it in after no luck. I was directed to Geek Squad who said they could fix it for free with my protection plan. I decided to wait the time instead of getting a new PC. After a couple of days I was told it was fixed. I then picked it up, and had the same issues persist the same night. I then brought it back in and asked for a new one since they couldn’t fix. This is when I was told the protection plan only covered repair costs after 2 months, and that I couldn’t get a new PC. At this point, I’ve been lied to twice by this business. I was then told I would have to wait 2-3 weeks for it to get shipped out and fixed. I then waited around a month. I was now told today it was fixed and got shipped back…before being told they damaged it in shopping and needed to send it back again….which would take another “1-2 weeks”. I have now been without a product I was told I could replace immediately on purchase for what looks to be a month in half (if it’s again not damaged in transit). I have not been offered anything for this amount of wait and inconvenience, and I feel liked i’ve been lied to and screwed over multiple times. If you want good customer service, please do not shop here. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with a business.
