It would be funny if everywhere Corie Barry tries to buy food at restaurants, and they say Here is some of your food, but the plate and utensils will be extra. Would you like to upgrade?
Best Buy is guilty of deliberately false and misleading advertising regarding their repair services. Their website is a deceptive front, designed to lure in customers under the pretense of providing genuine technical support. In reality, their policy is to refuse service to anything they deem too old—a fact conveniently omitted from their online marketing. The staff's rude dismissal of my five-year-old computer, which simply needed a diagnostic, proves their business model is not about helping customers but about pushing planned obsolescence and manipulating people into buying new products. This is not just poor service; it is a fraudulent business practice that exploits consumer trust for profit. Not everyone can afford to buy new ones every year.
Their services, designed to benefit their bottom line at the customer's expense.

My friend's iPhone was locked up.She couldn't make any phone calls,etc.. They fixed it for her.

The young man that assisted me ,Very patient , helpful and kind ... I love the ray bands !
Went to the store and bought a digital download of some antivirus software and was told the download would be sent to my email so I drove 100 miles back home only to find out they charged me for the physical version and didn't give me it. Also turns out you can't call the physical store even though I know they have phones there. Customer service says I would have to waste a bunch of gas and time to drive 100 miles back there to fix it which would cost me more than the item is worth. Not shopping best buy again.
hopefully you see this meghan. in order to message you through social media i would have to create an account. im not getting involved with social media. Im pretty sure there is at least one employee that works at that store that has access to a phone whether it is a cell phone or a landline.
