Super disappointed in this place. While the staff seem great, they’re awful at giving correct information to customers. I was told a new computer I bought would be ready three different times and had to keep coming in due to miscommunications by the geek squad team. Also, people selling me my laptop stated that I would get a credit from signing up for rewards, but didn’t specify when credit can be used which is very frustrating as I can’t use it when wanted. And the lady at the desk kept telling me that I made a mistake listening to the “male salesmen”. Just really weird all around.

Where to start… this store has really gone downhill in the last few years. Before, they had employees that genuinely cared. Now, you can’t find an employee at all. I was looking to upgrade my tv and home theater system and couldn’t find help. I already looked up their promotions and called about the credit card that I wanted to open. (10% back on a $5000 sale, absolutely!) I was super excited to buy my new products and get home to set them up. But I guess we don’t like staffing the store. It wasn’t busy at all and it was around 230pm on a weekday. So not sure how you literally can’t have anyone working? When I finally made my way to the front counter, I asked the gentleman if I could get help in the tv area. He looked super upset that I was even talking to him. He was a shorter bald fatter man with tattoos and said quote “what do you need?” Excuse me, you don’t talk to anyone like that. I don’t recall his name but I think it was Ben or something starting with B, but he said we are short staffed and it’ll be awhile. I said is there a manager that can help me as I already know what I want I just don’t see the tv I’m looking for. He said I quote “I’m the general manager and we’re busy”. No wonder this place is always empty and multiple of my colleges and business partners go online now. If that man represents your company and actually is the general manager, this store has really went to crap! On my way out, I walked past a room which I’m assuming was the manager’s office and saw 3 people huddled around a computer laughing and drinking coffee. As you let a $5000 sale walk out the door because you don’t want to do your job. Very sad and disappointing to say the least. I haven’t purchased at Best Buy in a few years and wanted to go to my local store. Never again! Absolutely the worst experience in a retail store ever. Avoid this store for the foreseeable future.

This place is absolutely horrible takes over week half to get a computer delivered took 2 days to get one straight from dell
