Cancelled my order for an item due to what I can imagine was an error on their sale price. Item was removed shortly after. Was offered a substitute in my initially conversation with support. When I went to verify it was the same time the chat was disconnected. Tried to reconnect and second agent told me I was out of luck after sending me in circles for at least an hour. Horrible customer service. Could not recommend avoiding Best Buy more. Was definitely a bait and switch.
But don’t worry, they still gave me the $15 reward certificate coming from said purchase.
They have stuff, but only reason I bother to leave a review is due to a good manager that works there named Grady, he deserves a raise. Every-time I have an issue or abnormal questions he tends to gets called to help and try’s to do everything he can to help and will suggest otherwise if he think there’s a better solution.

Very helpful and made sure we had the information we needed
