Purchased a washer and dryer and paid for delivery/installation. Days leading up to the delivery date I received numerous messages reminding me of the appointment date and to make sure we were prepared for it. The night before we took out our old set of washer and dryer and got rid of them so we were prepared for our delivery the next day. The morning of our appointment I got a text message at 6:30am also stating our appliances were on the way and would be delivered that day between 7am-7pm. A few hours later I used the customer service chat to see if I could get a more specific time of delivery and they couldn’t give that to me but also stated it would be that same day. The app also showed them being out for delivery all morning. At noon I received a call that I would not be receiving my appliances and we’d have to reschedule for a week later. I had to talk to 4 people to see why and told them we had appointment confirmation and messages all the way to delivery day and we no longer had our old set. No one could give me answers. I then asked to talk to a manager and was told they couldn’t transfer me to one but they’d have one call me back within an hour or 2. So I then waited for that call, with no surprise I did not get a call from anyone. The next morning I called back and had to talk to 2 people again, who then told me I now needed to wait 2 weeks for the appliances and still wouldn’t get me a manger to speak with. Had I been notified of the change even the night before I could’ve prevented getting rid of my old set. There is zero excuses they didn’t notify me way before noon the day of delivery. Nothing was done or offered to help out. My only choice was then to cancel and go find a set elsewhere that had something in stock. When they canceled my purchase they stated I had to wait 7-10 business days to get the refunded money.
