AVOID BEST BUT AT ALL COSTS. THEY DELIVERED ME A DAMAGED RANGE YESTERDAY WHICH I REFUSED AND I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE FOR 4 HOURS AND THE SUPERVISOR WON'T TALK TO ME AND THEY WON'T REPLACE THE RANGE EVEN THOUGH THE DELIVERY DRIVER TOOK IT BACK WITH THEM.
*UPDATE* Best Buy is not currently working with me. They canceled and refunded my fridge WITHOUT speaking with me. The range STILL has not be checked in as returned at the Fargo store and apparently NOBODY in the company can actually call the store, just send emails that have not be opened in the last 18 hours. 🤣 I have no fridge, I have no range, I still have NO solution from Best Buy. Pathetic! I was offered a mini fridge to put my Christmas meal groceries in. Should be a lovely meal for 8 people. 🙄
