I have purchased THREE dehumidifiers in the past year at Best Buy in Fargo. ALL THREE have stopped working. I returned the product to the store today and learned that I could not get a refund, only a store credit. I told the Supervisor (third employee I spoke to) that if Best Buy stocks such junky products as these dehumidifiers, they should not force me to continue returning them. I had purchased their protection plan but I guess it does not protect me from the lousy products that they stock and sell.

Had a washer, dryer, and range installed yesterday. The team of two that installed my washer forgot to put the drain hose in the proper location resulting in the washing machine that was being test ran by the installation crew to dump out into the majority of my mechanical room. Luckily caught by myself after they left and before I was about to leave and able to shopvac the water up. Had to call them back, resulting in me waiting and missing work for them to take photos and properly finish the install.
Been on the phone numerous times and from being transferred numerous times to being hung up on to go through the claim and compensation process and basically have gotten nowhere. Whole ordeal has been a complete headache.
