Bought a spendy GE wash machine from them it lasted 2 yrs then started having issues im a total tech member and they wont help me out , called GE they sent idiots from S and D applicance thays 3 hrs away, they came 4 times each time it got worse they said was motor so GE was covering it , last time they came they fried my washer so it wont even turn on and now GE and S and D say its unrepairable .. shoulda been a simple fix i wont be spending anymore money at best buy aince they dont back the products they sell and dont waste your money on total tech crap since they dont actualy give u the extra warranty like they claim.

I just went in to the store, and stood and watched 4 employees gabbing and having fun while I was waiting to get helped.. finally a guy by the name of Grady (said he was a manager) came over and I said I was needing help as I needed to buy 3--65" TVs. He said he didn't have anyone to help (I thought he was a manager) and I would have to wait or come back tomorrow. So I said ok, I'll leave, and go to Sam's and buy the TVs. He said ok!! ( I thought he was a manager) He didn't care that they were going to lose a 3 tv sale...and he's the manager. Hmmm

Very good. Customer service skills. Nobody had to wait while I was there. Probably probably some seriously good prices. Too. For Samsung and other electronical devices.
