If you're buying electronics or appliances anywhere else you're doing yourself a disservice. Bestbuy continues to put the consumer first with everything. They'll bend over backward to help you with returns and repairs. The only downside is that it's almost not worth it to buy the support on anything because they just naturally help you out so much! I don't mean to glaze them, but they've saved me on returns and repairs a few times now.
Absolutely terrible experience. Best Buy canceled my order for no reason, and now I have to wait 5–7 days (maybe even up to 13) just to get my refund before I can reorder the product. That’s completely unreasonable.
When I went to the store to ask what happened, the employees were rude and dismissive. I asked to speak with an actual manager , not just a supervisor , and the guy refused to let me. The attitude and lack of professionalism were unbelievable.
I’ve spent plenty of money with Best Buy over the years, but after this, I’ll never shop there again. If this is how they treat customers, they don’t deserve anyone’s business.

They didn’t try to swindle me. Took time to go over my different options and accessories.
Its a good place to get some updated techy stuff ...for them techs lol 🤣...x mas shopping early
