It's a bit of a stock standard ... And one of the few big box electronics retailefs who still roll a store front with actual stores.
The help can vary wildly, but in general, they try to help - which is honorable.
Not always expedient at checkout, and it's hard to get a read on their cellular offerings. It's like the Tde aisle at Target - focused almost exclusively on Tide ... Er, Apple. (Not the number one selling phone environment globally by a long shot).
I'd miss them if they were gone. They do whatever it is they do (Grills...AV... Vacuums... Computers and build-ypur-own parts - a mishmash ) reasonably well ...

Really big store and fully stocked. You don't see this often
I went in with my mother to look at desktops, we found one we liked, and asked an employee to help us get it. We told the employee, a redhead named Dylan, we wanted to use Progressive leasing as we have used them many times before, and he proceeded to ask 8 TIMES if we wanted the credit card. I understand that you’re trying to make commission, but don’t cop an attitude when I tell you no for the 8th time I don’t want your crappy product. When someone says no once, that should be more than enough. When we were having issues with the lease on our phone, he kept edging on about the card, we told him no, and he still kept going. When we told him we’d be back later, he said for the 9th time, “just apply for our credit card and save the trouble” it took everything in me not to tell him where he could shove that card. IF SOMEONE SAYS NO, RESPECT IT AND IF YOU CAN’T, GET SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THE SALE!
