Had an excellent experience today shopping at best buy in fargo! The customer service was amazing from start to finish. Cody helped us in TVs and helped us find two that worked for us. He was well knowledged and easy to talk to. We also had help by a young guy when we were looking at monitors. I usually shy away from asking for help because people can be rude, and sometimes have no answers or are unhelpful, but today I looked for an employee to help with everything because the interactions were helpful and fun. Thank you for you're impeccable service today to all the employees we interacted with. It really made shopping fun :)
