I hate to leave a 1 star review. I bought an open box excellent condition 32” TV. Had it put in the back of my car with car side pick up. The box looked pretty banged up so I opened the box and checked the screen. Sure enough it was cracked in multiple locations. I wasn’t too bothered by this because I figured this kind of thing happens with open box and I would just return it. But when I went in to return the item I felt like a criminal. It had only been 10 mins since my pickup. The associate said he needed approval to return it. His supervisor then checked the cameras to check if I was where I said I was in the parking lot. After 10 mins he allowed me to return it. There was no apology. I won’t shop at Best Buy after this. I was planning on buying another tv but after that I was worried they wouldn’t stand behind their products. I did walk back and look at the tv’s and none of the associates asked if I needed help, they just stared at me. I always buy my TV’s from them but their customer service has really gone down hill.
