It has what I was looking for. Nice to have a good stocked store in Grand Forks. Saves the drive to Fargo.

4 vs. 5 when someone finally came to help me did really well. It started out like the majority of stores in Tucson. You will never get help there while visiting came here as lived here before was worth visit back to purchase laptop. At least three employees are stocking merchandise Not interested in the least bit to help. Upon coming in, man at the door, I had asked for assistance with purchase. He said there are plenty of people over there who can help assist, there was stockers. When I started to leave, I was stopped by a much younger gentleman than the stockers. He was professional, friendly, and able to explain all of my questions, which made my purchase an informed one. He turned a very negative beginning into a positive one, unlike the stockers, who the salesperson said we are all salespeople and apologized for them not helping. They had the attitude that me stocking is more important than assisting you. Hey, no use to stock anything if customers leave due to no assistance from you. Hats off to the gentleman who helped me. Great job.

Charged $170 to replace a wheel when I was told it was $30. On the approval email I clarified that I had the total membership and I payed the deductible. Do not take any of the staffs word. Make sure you read and understand the policies better than they do.
