TJ and Alex (at&t and Verizon rep for cellphone) are the best people to work with. Both are very knowledgeable and eager to help anyone with their problems. Both are easy to talk to and will go the extra mile for you. I highly recommend working with them at Best buy

I just bought a new phone as well as a couple family members and we’re so impressed with the customer service and down to earth personality specifically from employees TJ and Alex! True class acts who were more than helpful!
A few months ago my old stovetop broke so I bought a new one from this location. Initially I was told I'd only have to wait 2 weeks or so for it to arrive and be installed. A week later, it was pushed back to mid-January. It was supposed to arrive tomorrow, but then I got a text telling me to schedule the delivery, and the only open date was an additional 2 weeks from now. I've now been living with a broken stovetop for almost 2 months because they keep moving back the delivery date on me.
