Probably the worst Best Buy I’ve been to. I brought my phone in with a cracked screen and a damaged encasement, this phone has apple care. They told me that to get my phone fixed I would have to leave it with them for a week while they wait for the part to get in store. I called Best Buy customer service and was informed that this was not the policy and that I was able to hold my phone until the part was in store, I was also informed that for my apple care to be used I would have to go through Apple to get an appointment scheduled, this store did not inform me of that they just told me that I would have to pay. If you have other options do not visit this store they don’t know what they are doing and how to handle situations. Would give zero stars if Google allowed it
