It seem like management is at its worse at this store. Why does our best buy in Grand forks not stock pokemon cards or anything good. When the Xbox Series X launched the Fargo best buy got the limited edition halo consoles while the grand forks unit got nothing. Now when I asked about pokemon card products the manager said we are going to stop stocking pokemon cards but that fact is they never have any pokemon cards.. And alos they neve have the good sets of pokemon cards while the Fargo store gets a ton of stock. Me and many other Grand Forksians know best buy is suppose to be the best place to purchase cards.. I feel like the district manager and the Fargo store manager are in cahoots whith each other.. Don't let us down

TJ and Alex (at&t and Verizon rep for cellphone) are the best people to work with. Both are very knowledgeable and eager to help anyone with their problems. Both are easy to talk to and will go the extra mile for you. I highly recommend working with them at Best buy

I just bought a new phone as well as a couple family members and we’re so impressed with the customer service and down to earth personality specifically from employees TJ and Alex! True class acts who were more than helpful!
