Despite low stock and very limited availability, Walmart has more electronic items than Best Buy. Buy whatever you want online or go to the Walmart 32nd Ave S store.

Pretty descent. Really laid back vs some other Best buys ive been in. Its about a 60/40 split if your going to get someone knowledgeable or not on what your look for or lookimg to buy.

I was going to buy a computer over the phone tonight as my daughter goes to college in Grand Forks. I wanted to talk to a human at the store. I called the "local" number. A foreigner answered and was completely unhelpful. I was going to buy a$1,000 over the phone so my daughter could drive over and pick it up. I tried two computers online but when it came to checkout l, the computer wasn't available at the store but could be shipped. Time was running out and I couldn't be connected to someone locally. Ive bought around 15 computers this year from best buy but I will no longer buy anything from best buy. Thanks for nothing best buy. Do better.
Update: proof of poor communication and customer relations. You want me to go find you on Twitter or Facebook and send a DM. How about a real human reachs out to me or at least supply a phone number. A DM behind a screen doesn't tell me anything but words typed by AI to try and make me feel better. Get baak to a little human touch.

Best Buy Grand Forks. I happened to be passing by and saw a huge line: they were selling Pokémon cards! I told my son, and he gave me a mission: "Go in there and get me the best box, Dad."
I went back later, and of course, they were all gone. I went back a little while later to ask about the blessed cards, and wow... they must have thought I looked like a professional reseller, because the service was straight out of a horror movie. They almost called the feds for asking about a Pikachu!
In the end, I had my posthumous victory: I crossed the street to Target, found the cards without any drama, and came out victorious. If you go to Best Buy, don't ask for Pokémon cards.
