On August 19th, I made one of several trips to Best Buy to assist clients with back-to-school purchases. After leaving the store, I realized I had mistakenly used my personal debit card instead of the work purchasing card. I returned the same day, arriving at Best Buy around 3:45 p.m., and explained the situation, hoping there might be a way to correct the error.
Anita immediately began working through the process of switching the payment method. When she discovered that the laptop I had purchased had already been activated—a complication that created additional challenges and required more time—she remained patient and persistent in finding a solution.
Anita's dedication, patience, and positive attitude turned what could have been a stressful experience into a manageable one, and I am truly grateful for her outstanding customer service.

Purchased a phone screen protector with life-time replacement at the Minot store. Have had to have it replaced several times and in different cities. Minot is the ONLY store to charge to install the new protector. All other locations prioritize customer service over nickel and dimming their customers.
