I wanted to give a huge shout-out to Jayden at Best Buy.
I recently stopped in to purchase a pair of AirPods Max headphones, and Jayden went above and beyond to help me make the right decision. He took the time to answer my questions, explain the differences between options, and provide genuinely helpful information without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.
What stood out most was his kindness. In today’s world, it’s easy to forget how much a positive interaction can impact someone’s day, but Jayden’s patience, professionalism, and willingness to help made the entire experience enjoyable.
It’s clear that he cares about helping customers find the right product rather than simply making a sale. That level of service is rare and deserves recognition.
Thank you, Jayden, for going the extra mile. Best Buy is fortunate to have someone who represents their team with such knowledge, kindness, and genuine care for customers.

Stood waiting for assistance for 10+ minutes, all while everyone working there was just milling around. Purposely not looking our way. $ lost, I guess?
This is a nice Best Buy. The older gentleman at the door greeting people was so nice. Garrett was also very helpful. I haven't bought an iPhone in forever (since the 7 lol) so he helped me find one that was available & right for me. He also helped me find the right charger box for it. Such a pleasant visit overall! -Naomi
Friendly staff didn't stalk or harass me like some of the other best buys. Yes there are those who will follow you thinking you are going to shop lift until you pay cash and they are shocked about how you paid. Great store
