Pick order. Was not convenient. Took 2 days. I live out of town. Waited 3 hours (2pm) had to return the next afternoon. Email said order was ready at 8pm, but did not get bar code till next day. Staff was very rude. Do not recommend pick up.

Nicole was amazing, helping me with my fitbit chargers and she was totally patient, went above and beyond to help me out.

The manager of this store, "Jenneman" refused to honor a promotion by Logitech. He insisted that the recycled item had to be Logitech brand, despite me checking two days earlier and being told ANY PC or gaming item is included in the promotion. I brought the promotion from the Best Buy website up on my phone and Jenneman refused to look at it, while he and a couple of employees snickered at me.
Better prices and service at other stores. Don't give these jerks your money.
