They sold me a defective phone, which had already been purchased in October 2025 and was supposedly new, but it was used. They sold it to me with problems. I called them to do something about it. October 5th will mark two months since I bought it, and I've only used it for 25 days since I bought it, and they refused to take responsibility, saying it was no longer their problem. I don't recommend them

Went in to purchase a MacBook Neo. The guy told me they had them in stock and proceeded to try and upsell me the MacBook Air because I “wouldn’t like the Neo since it runs like an iPhone and a lot have been returned as they aren’t what people think they are.” Told him I’d look over the specs and let him know. After I made my decision, I went and got him and explained I didn’t want/need anything extreme . He then told me they didn’t have any in stock so I’d told him I’d just go to the store in Sioux Falls. He then said he’d order it and it would be there the next day. I do not live in Grand Island and was passing through on my way to South Dakota.
While I was there, I had 3 different people come up and tell me that I wouldn’t like it and I’d end up returning it but they could get me the 10% off with a credit card. After the first guy took back his statement of them being in stock (which they were according to online hence why I stopped in the first place), I chose to leave. Don’t waste your time if you know exactly what you want and what price point you’re wanting to stay within. I have about 7 years of sales experience so I understand getting your commission, but their approach was absolutely horrific.
