Went in to buy a pair of headphones. Found exactly what we were needing. Staff was friendly. This is your typical Best Buy experience.
Got a great deal on a deep freezer. Couldn't be happier.
Best Buy has gone downhill over the years. While the customer service, in and of itself, is satisfactory, the knowledge of the staff on the products leaves something to be desired. The product selection overall isn't the greatest either... if you're looking for anything technological, I'd recommend going elsewhere (do your research first, though).
