I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Best Buy.
I spent approximately $2,000 purchasing washing machines at this store, and after making such a significant purchase, I expected basic customer service and respect. Instead, I have been ignored and have not received a proper response regarding my situation.
What concerns me the most is that I felt I was treated differently because I am Cuban. I cannot say what was in the employees’ minds, but based on the way I was treated, that is how the experience felt to me. No customer should feel discriminated against or treated as less important because of their nationality or background.
I spent $2,000 at Best Buy. I deserve the same level of respect, attention, and customer service as any other customer.
I am asking management to take this complaint seriously, investigate what happened, and provide me with a response and a solution.
This experience has completely changed my opinion of Best Buy. Until this situation is properly addressed, I will not recommend this location to anyone.
