Horrible customer service. We bought a smart tv and delivery and set up and were told they would show us how to use it since we’re in our 70’s and not familiar with technology. So we bought it. Delivery was three weeks later than promised and no instructions were given. Now their corporate says they don’t have that service, after we’ve installed the tv and can’t operate it. We feel like they lied to us to get us to buy it and never had any intention of helping us. We were taken advantage of because of our age and feel discriminated against. I’ll never walk in that store again and would recommend the same to anyone else.

Felt under staffed. I showed up about 35mins after opening on a Sunday so im completely unsure if that is considered a slow day/time. Took about 20+mins or so to get assistance. Was told a couple times there was only one floor person but they'd be right with me. Not sure it was the floor associate who actually helped me but a supervisor came to assist. After that it was smooth sailing for the most part. And I only say most part due to the numerous times the supervisor was pulled away or keyed up getting asked questions from others, just pointing out his role on the team is vital and I appreciate his help.

If I could give this best buy a -10 I would I would avoid this store, shady non listening people conner the manger on shift would not listen and then try doing shady stuff I will never ever come to this store again

Experience with Geek squad has not once been positive. Everytime I’ve gone in they have been unable to solve any problems. Go to Lincoln if you want actual service.
