The manager of this store, "Jenneman" refused to honor a promotion by Logitech. He insisted that the recycled item had to be Logitech brand, despite me checking two days earlier and being told ANY PC or gaming item is included in the promotion. I brought the promotion from the Best Buy website up on my phone and Jenneman refused to look at it, while he and a couple of employees snickered at me. Better prices and service at other stores. Don't give these jerks your money.

Asked for some help with a microwave and no one would come over and help us get a off the top shelf. All crew was standing around the check out counter.
