Went to pick up my online order the lady at customer service Mary was not very polite. Was told it could be hours til my order is ready I live a hour and a half away so I was a little frustrated because online doesn’t say a certain time. If trucks don’t come til a certain time then maybe out that as a possibility for a later order that day. Left to go home got an e mail my order was ready. Had to drive back to grand island went inside to get order and use the restrooms. My son said there was mold on the urinal and in the women’s only one stall was available. Sad this is the only close store to me maybe online shopping is better, but sad!
