You don't deserve a star at all however that is the minimum. Zero customer service at this horrible business. I live 2 1/2 hours away and I have questions about products but your pathetic automated phone system won't connect me to a person.
To your reply..... Apparently you missed that i want to TALK to someone. As in voice talk not massaging.

Very nice cooperative worker
Store employees were not helpful. I was unable to find a single person who could inform me of the TVs that qualified for a $100 credit. I purchased an "opened" box labeled "excellent ". The staff person said that it came in with the box opened, but the contents were inspected. I specifically asked if anything was missing and the employee stated, nothing. When I got home 2 hours away from Best Buy, there was no remote.
I can buy a comparable model new and for half the price. I called the store and the employee said that is the chance you take for opened box. He said I would have to purchase a remote.
