I wish their people.were trained properly... I buy most my tech here and always buy the 2 year protection. My wife bought me a computer for Christmas and decided to buy the total tech plan for a year just to try it and see if it is worth it... I bought a pair of bose headphones 6 months into the plan and when the guy was checking me out I told him I wanted the 2 year plan and he told me I already have that covered under the total tech plan, but I stated we were thinking of canceling it at the end of the year so i wanted to buy the plan anyways and he told me that anything I bought under that plan I get the 2 year protection on since I bought during the annual total tech plan. I found out today when having issues with my headphones that he was wrong and misinformed me so now I'm left high and dry... I guess time to find else where to start purchasing electronics.

Can never shop here always closed. Covid days are done wish things would be open for the working people, that can't get off before 9. I'll just have to go to Walmart now it's sad 5:00 on a Sunday seen like 9 people trying to go in.so glad the mall raised our taxes to build it.

Very disappointed with what we were told when we purchased the fridge about the rewards program. We were specifically told we would have over $500 in points available, after signing up for their membership program and credit card, which would be enough to purchase the 5 year warranty if we would choose to. Have only received $315 in rewards points and now was told the 5 year warranty would be $600? Not happy with this kind of service and now owning up to their mistakes. I specifically waited for over 30 minutes for them to find the sales person that we purchased from (Chappy) and then was telling me that information!? I would definitely tell anyone doing business there to have them write all their promo information down so there is proof because they certainly don't stand behind their word!
