I placed an order online for the time saving convenience of the drive-up/pickup option and it has been anything but time saving and convenient! They double charged my account, so I was charged twice for the 1 item I purchased, which is over$300+ dollars that has been out of my bank account ever since! I went into the store to resolve and was told they couldn’t do anything and that I should call their 800 number. So I called and got the same response- they said they don’t show a double charge on their end and I should go to my bank to resolve! So 4 days later, they still have my money so I will be submitting a dispute on the 2nd charge thru my bank!

I bought an Apple watch. nowhere does it say you have to have an iPhone to pair to the watch out of the box. the sales rep didn't say you absolutely need an iPhone to make this work. I returned it to Best buy and they charged me $45. Best buy used to be cool when they sold pieces and parts and I could build my own computer there but I'll never be back.
