We were trying to get remote start and new screen put in for audio, gps, etc. We had dropped the car off at 10AM. We didn't hear anything from them, we finally went there at 8PM only to be told the items we bought from Best Buy weren't compatible so nothing was installed and our car sat there all day.

Had an appointment with Geek Squad for a new battery for my phone. Viewed instructions prior to the appointment to be prepared, which explained the phone must be fully charged for the appointment. Upon arrival, was told that they don’t know if they have a battery but luckily they did - odd since that was the purpose of the appointment. Then was told that my battery needs to be drained for them to replace it and that they don’t have time to drain the battery and fix it that day. They asked me to come back the next day (half hour drive) which I declined. I went to the Apple Store instead who fixed it the same day.
