Went in with my sister to help her buy a laptop today. The staff member who helped us can only be described as a snobby salesman. Told us he doesnt recommend this laptop because it runs windows s mode (after looking this up you can disable s mode in about 1 minute so that means absolutely nothing he just wanted to upsell uninformed people) and tried to get my little sister to finance a laptop 2x the price of the one she asked for and tried to pry about why she said no when she declined. He took a good minute to talk to another customer in the middle of our conversation which is always appreciated. He was really adamant that we would end up returning this laptop cause apparently thats what everyone does with those models. Essentially he said any of the laptops under $800 were no good. Than at the very end he tried to get my sister to finance a laptop again after she already said no to financing. By the way when we got home with the laptop it didnt even use windows s mode... he was just lying or uninformed. I dont go to best buy to be upsold or talked into a 2 year financing plan for a 800$ laptop. My sister needs it for taking notes and watching videos she didnt need something that fancy or expensive and shes satisfied with the cheaper one she chose against that employees wishes. If you ask an employee for help and its a short, annoying salesmam type, id say just leave because this guy isnt giving you good service just trying to squeeze more money from you. I wont be back.

Adam napier is creepy and weird, he’s disrespectful, and shouldn’t be allowed to be in a customer-facing position ever again. Came in with my wife and she got a really bad vibe while he dismissed us for having a simple concern about a return policy. Zero stars if I could, and I recommend you bring back the manager with the beard and the Hispanic gentleman with the mustache. This time last year the store management was respectful and they actually had a spine and some testosterone, now the store seems to be run by children with facial hair. I mean seriously are we hiring teenagers at this point, clearly no sales qualifications, bad job Best Buy.

Terrible delivery service. I would not order from them again or any more purchases. Literally the worst experience. Wasted two full days waiting for my item. Never again! Amazon to the rescue!
