Used this location for geek squad accident protection plan to replace head phone sets I've broken. Im rough on ear buds so I buy the 2 year accident protection plan everything. Every time I go to this location I have nothing but issues. Ive been accused of trying to "scam" them because once the replacement set was on sale and it created a lower price point for which the exchange occurred. Now everytime I've had to get managers involved to get full credit for the head phones. They've tried making me pay a $60 difference multiple times for the same headset or try to give me a gift card for partial credit of the headset price. Avoid buying your electronics here, go to NFM.

BEWARE. If you buy open box apple items here they will still be connected to the old owners account and they CAN see your location. This is a massive safety concern and the only response i got while returning them was “well you can spend an extra $150 to buy these newer ones that we have” what a joke
