Tell me why they carry best buy exclusive vinyl records but fail to carry movies?

I spent time with Eli this morning at the West Omaha office - and his professionalism was matched with his kindness. I was wanting to help swap out a gaming laptop for a loved one, and he talked me through options to make the best decision all while treating me fairly. The staff was friendly and though busy as usual, addressed me quickly and kindly!
On 5-21-26 I purchased and paid $4579.44 for an LG 85" tv and sound system. The following days a representative from Best Buy contacted me and wanted to reschedule my install or cancel the order. They rescheduled my install for 6-15-26. I took this day off to be home for the install. At 8:30 am a Best Buy representative called to reschedule my install or cancel. I went out to Best Buy and spoke with the manager. He said he could reschedule my install for 6-23-26 but didn't have a lot confidence in the delivery happening. I cancelled the order and went to Nebraska Furniture Mart. I showed the representative my receipt and he said the reason Best Buy couldn't come through was they sold me last years model of tv and couldn't source it. Not only was Nebraska Furniture Mart $450 cheaper, I got a 100" tv and the install was free and could be installed in three working days. I will never go to Best Buy again! They cost me a vacation day away from work and if I wouldn't have cancelled my order, who knows how long I would have been waiting for last years model of tv to show up?
