Alexander vilasco is the go to man. ! Extremely patient . Cordial , very very helpful. Richard phan was the manager. Both of them helped fix a complicated problem.
Very frustrating in-store experience with the 60th event. The promotion was clearly stated across all channels (flyers, online promotions) as 1 per person. It even stated on the flyer that babies and infants in strollers cannot purchase. At no point in time was it communicated that it was per party. After waiting in line for the store to open and went up to the cashier, it was communicated as per party. They did not let my wife or son buy one. Bad experience

I just went in at 10:30 30 minutes after they opened for the 60th anniversary hundred dollar gift card. I was assuming everyone gets it since in the description and all the ads their representing said that you could get one but when I arrive in the store, they said they’re all out of $100 gift cards like are we serious? How can a company that’s celebrating 60 years in promoting a gift card not have enough for people on the day that they’re saying you could get it absolutely embarrassing for a big corporation like this Best Buy do better.
High-quality electronics and accessories. Some a little pricier than others, but there are deals as well. It is definitely worth it.
