Get out early to wait in line out front of the store for atleast an hour because I was excited about a new drop. As we were waiting we watched one group in line allow multiple people to join them effectively skipping the line. We mentioned it to a manager, who I guess was friends with the people who cut in line. Manager made it clear he didn't care and allowed it to happen. Just very disappointed about the professionalism from management. Not saying those people shouldn't also get product but it feels like if there was a line, it shouldn't be about who you know, they should just go to the back of the line like everyone else

The Manager here was told by multiple people that some teenagers cut the line and he sold product to them anyways. That is terrible customer service.

Awesome store. The sales woman helped me find the right tv. No high pressure sale. Just answered my questions and sold it to me. Definitely going back, this was my first time in a best buy.
