I went here on Nov 15 2025, 10:34 am: there was a really nice guy in the back that was willing and happy to help with finding what I was looking for, and when I was about to leave I was looking at the TVs and talked to a very knowledgeable girl, she knew more than I ever would have about how oled works and they had some great deals, all the staff are very friendly and welcoming, though I wish that more things at best buy were priced more fair, like the PCs being 400$ more than what you can build one for. Over all always have a great experience when going to this best buy.

Went here To just replace my laptop that was stolen and I already knew I wanted but I had a few questions because I couldn't find the exact one that I had. Adam was on the phone The whole time I was talking to him and I don't think that he was listening to me so I chose to go elsewhere

I purchased a new monitor through the best buy app a Samsung g9 oled that was 1000 dollars and had my wife pick it up. When I got home and saw the box the box was retaped, the cable bags had already been ripped open and the monitor looked use. The wrap on the screen looked like it had been taken off before. I hooked the monitor up and the screen was damaged. My guess its that they took the display unit and put it back in its box ans sold it to me as a new unit. I called the store and told me there was nothing they could do and id just have to go return it and get a new one. Im one hour and 30 min away from the store. I asked for compensation and they told me there waa nothing they could do. I think they should fix their mistake since they took a used monitor and sold it to me as new. The guy also said just come in the store and get a replacement. My question is they took a display unit and sold it to me as a new one when they had new units. NOT RiGHT! They guy i talked to also refused to get his manager on the phone

I had a rough experience signing up for phones, no fault to the associates helping me, and Joe the gm hooked me up with making it right. Greatly appreciate the customer service. Ty was awesome as well the entire time. Definitely coming back.
