I'm giving it a 3 because the overall experience inside the store was great - its when I called the phone number to reach the store - I had left my ID there. The man that answered my call was RUDE, UNHELPFUL & laughed at me. I couldn't believe the customer service they provide. Horrible!! I ended up driving back to the store right before it closed (10pm) to get my ID & pick up my order. The customer service rep wouldn't forward me to the actual store to speak w/someone regarding my lost ID. I live 40miles from that store so I was little unhappy about the late night drive. Which I made cuz I didn't know if my ID was still there. And being Christmas shopping & the wkend I kind-of needed it or at least didn't want the store to lose it.

They didn't have a cable my husband was looking for and the hvac system was very annoying. Loud humming and low bassy wave sounds. Not pleasant.
