Last month I stopped in with my granddaughter who is going into college and bought her a laptop computer for over $1000. I was told by the clerk that if I signed up for a credit card through Best Buy, I could come back in once the card arrive and get a 10% credit on my account for this purchase. I stopped in today 8/25/26 And was told that this program was changed and they no longer can honor that. I made the purchase based on that decision. I couldn’t be more disappointed in Best Buy. I’ve made other purchases there and will look somewhere else going forward and not use my new credit here.
