I think I read somewhere where they are trying to expand the knowledge of their associates wearing blue uniforms.
My experience this time as I needed a SD card for a camera on short notice was very positive.
I'm horrible at remembering names but the lady that helped me did say your name and she was very friendly.
And showed me where the thumb drives were and the SD cards were nowhere nearby they were over by the cameras but I'm sure this is not her decision to put them there just to store thing.
This didn't affect my customer service however if I didn't get help I don't know as if I would have found the SD cards it got frustrated and left so this is something that may be management should look into locating these storage devices somewhat closer but yet just within this their respective departments

Place is terrible, shop at Target, Walmart, Amazon, Costco, etc. This place has no customer service, make mistakes, and will probably be out of business within a few years if not sooner
