The geek squad manager AJ spent 30 minutes “diagnosing “ my phone with a cracked screen and I was told I needed to purchase a whole replacement phone. He laughed at me and arrogantly said and “good luck buddy” when I left. I immediately went to CPR repair close by and replaced my screen for $130 within one hour. I was treated extremely poorly by wasting my time and upsold unnecessary equipment at Best Buy.

Terrible customer service. Waited half an hour for a sales rep to help, only for them to repeatedly talk to another employee over the radio. Had to travel all the way to the other local store to do a pick up order only for it not to be ready and have to wait another half hour. Why do a pick up order? It literally saved no time at all.
