Employees need a bit more training. Asked for a specific version of a tablet. Employee assured me it was the exact version that I requested. Got home booted it up and looked at the settings to find out that it was the incorrect one. All I ask is that they know how to check specifics of products.
The auto install dept staff were all very professional, friendly, knowledgeable. I had an issue with a female cashier providing the wrong information causing cancellation on two remote starts I purchased. The auto staff fixed the issue immediately. Both my kids are happy with their new remote starts.

Brought in some things for recycling, which they are required to take. Was told that they didn’t take Christmas lights so I put them in the trash on my way out. Employee chased me down in the parking lot to yell at me for using a PUBLIC trash can to dispose of the lights because “Best Buy gets charged by environmental groups for not recycling Christmas lights” as if that was my problem. Wound up taking them with me and putting in the trash at home but employee was incredibly disrespectful and aggressive. tried calling to speak to a manager but got the complete run around by the AI prompt that hung up on me 3 times. I have a best buy credit card and have spent a significant amount there in the past but you completely lost a customer today.
