They were the only ones in town that had the gift card I was looking for. They did not have it with all the rest of the gift cards tho. It would be nice if all their gift cards were in one place.
Easy place to pick up online orders. The staff was a little pushy when I was shopping for TVs, trying to push for the premium products that I couldn't afford.
I want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Zee R. from the Geek Squad! Awesome Service, Problem Solver, Went ABOVE and BEYOND, and saved a woman (me) from a crisis! So calm, professional, just a natural HERO in disguise! Can’t thank you enough, Zee! 🙏🏽 Best Buy better have her as Employee of the Year 2025. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If someone comes a little close to close, and you do not want to do the trade in, just say so. I get it. Don't try to to flip it on me like it's for my own benefit. I don't need a list of pointless reasons why it's better for me to wait, "but it's your call". We could have been halfways done by the time you tried to talk me out of it...
