Had an amazing experience here today! Got my TV replaced via my geek squad protection plan. After being helped at the geek squad counter I was helped by a warehouse employee who went well out of his way to find the TV I wanted. 5/5 stars!

The three different times I came to this location all were unwelcoming. The men who stand in the front of the store who greets customers doesn’t greet blacks the same way they do whites. The customer service rep who checked me out the last time I was here 3/28 was literally shaking while scanning my items at checkout. If you are uncomfortable working with different ethnicities why get a job working in customer service? Best Buy do better with your employees. A cultural diversity and ethics training program would definitely help with some of your employees weird behaviors.

Rafael was awesome. I needed a 55" TV for my office that would allow Chromecast presentations for clients. He took me through the various options, helped me get the correct mount and loaded the TV into the truck. Took less than 15min from walking in the door and driving away. Thanks Rafael!!!
