I was treated badly at this store, terrible customer service, I would never go back. I prefer the stores in Iowa.

This store is ridiculous, They want to charge me $7 to replace a screen protector that I bought there. This is the first time something like this has happened to me. The worst part is they have 10 employees doing nothing, but they can't help me unless I pay them. Seriously, I will never go to this store again.

Customer service I give a O, this place sucks, I ordered a TV 2 weeks ago, and it’s still have not been delivered, they have reschedule me 5x . Today 12-19-25 was supposed to delivered, they cancelled again, gave me a date for 12-24. At this point cancel my order, they can’t cancel because it’s in route. I’m so vexed I can cry, worst customer service ever, and the customer service it’s awful, they lie and hang up. I’ve been nothing but patient.
