Horrible store. Terrible customer service I ordered a tv from them. They canceled in the last 30 minutes. I ordered a geek squad, same thing absolutely 0 communication until the last minute. I tried to call the store 7 times couldn’t speak to a real person. Had to go in person a they tried to charge me again! HORRIBLE. They didn’t complete any of the work on there end. Crooks. Don’t order from here.

Okay... 170th store: I just spent 8mins on hold for someone to talk with me... That's it... In fact, I even tried the other Best Buy on 76th.. spent 6:30 mins on hold with them.. NO ANSWER ... I now will NOT buy anything from BEST BUY ever again.. Shut down all the stores.
