If I could leave a ZERO star review I would. Our current fridge is not keeping temp, so we hop over to Best Buy to get a new one. I take the earliest delivery date which is today between 8:30-12:30. At 8:35 I receive a call that someone called in sick and they won't be able to deliver today. No problem, I work from home and would be free tomorrow. Nope, 11 days from today is the EARLIEST they have on the schedule. HELL NO. The is not a me problem, this is a Best Buy problem. Figure out how to solve it! I understand things happen, but to wait another 11 days is unacceptable. If you truly value customer service you would jump thru hoops to take care of your customers that YOU didn't have staff in a position to resolve this situation. And Kyle's best response is "we can deliver it in 11 days". Um, NO, that's not gonna work for me KYLE! I'll just cancel and take my business somewhere else if that's the case. So, let's wait and see. I gave them until tomorrow to figure it out and get it delivered to me. I will update this post IF they resolve this in a satisfactory manner. If this post is NOT updated, then you already know what happened. They did nothing and tried to push my delivery 11 days, I cancelled the order and took my business elsewhere!

Had a lot of good memories of best buy from my younger years. This time was the worst. Sat in the curbside pickup for 30 minutes for the young man to come out 3 times asking me if I was sure I had a pick-up order. Had to result in getting a manager involved to pick up my already purchased items. Won't be doing this again from your company. Lack of training and proper communication were rampant today. DO BETTER!
I walked into Best Buy with 2 of my small children and Danielson was SO kind to them and to me. My laptop crashed and I needed a replacement, I had a lot of questions about which was best. He walked through all the options and I ended up leaving with a laptop, even though I had just come in to price out what I wanted. Thanks for your patience and kindness, Danielson, we really appreciated it!
