Do not get caught to their total tech(mess) fraud. They make it sound legit or a peace of mind plan and then charge you for everything you would have anyway spent on the same repair after selling you inferior items.
Two dead laptops later we have no solutions and they are asking for service fees parts and labor to fix items that quit within the year. They fool around with the repairs till the manufacturer warranty is over then stuff you with other payments plus the $179 for annual total tech plan.
CJ and almost no one at the West Omaha Nebraska location on 170th has any customer service skills. He even suggested I go to Dffice Depot. I guess that's the only sound advice I got from them.

Bought a Philips Hue Light Bulb for $47 nothing was but cardboard was in the package. Impossible to reach them by phone live 1 hour away.

There was a great GM Jim that got us buying everything even appliances at best buy and taking care of everything.
Then he moved on and everything went wrong the first few months.
We were sold the total tech plan $175(don't buy it), with it we were told the computers were covered and then we found out we have to pay a deductible for computer that quit 5 months into the purchase.
Mind you that was the second computer. When Jim was at Bestbuy he made it right with the first computer and then he was gone when the second computer quit on us while my son was using it for studies overseas.
BestBuy is back to being horrible to work with before Jim changed our minds 5 years ago. I bought all my company computers and appliances, almost 50k of purchases.
Here's the kicker they lost my business over 50 dollar deductible.
