CSRs to busy discussing social schedules to actually help customers
All the bad reviews on this page make sense. Husband went in to buy a ps portal because the price is going to increase next week and they ordered him one online, he literally paid for it and everything. And then in the next sentence they’re telling him there aren’t in the whole state and then they give him a refund which isn’t due to come through for another day or too so he can’t even buy one somewhere else now. And a lot of these bad reviews are about not receiving refunds so please Best Buy give me a reason to be a Karen
