Bought 7k worth of merchandise back on 9/18/26 to be installed this week 10/6/26 at our new home. I received an email on 10/5/26 the day before, saying it was canceled. When I called, they said only a portion of the order was cancelled and they were still coming the following day to install the tv. That never happened. I waited until 10 AM when they opened to call and they said they weren't coming. So I said what are you going to do for me, since it was on your end. They dragged their feet another 2 days just to finally tell me they can't install for another 3 weeks. I asked for my return and I will never buy anything from here again. Very poor customer service and even worse scheduling/Management. We should have been a priority after their mess-up.

An associate recommended a product for purchase. Said it would work with the set-up I bought. It did not. I tried to call the store to get further assistance and speak with the person who assisted. The store does not take calls, you are never allowed to speak with an associate in store. So after waiting with an AI bot for 5 minutes, then a customer service rep who was not familiar with the products, still no solutions. Terrible.
