Stopped in on Nov,22,25 @6:30pm.
JUDGING BY THE FACT THAT THERE ARE MORE BAD REVIEWS FOR THIS PLACE THEN THERE ARE GOOD AND THE FACT THAT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT ANY OF IT SPEAKS VOLUMES! So I called corporate to bring it to their attention! Funny thing is, they said they get numerous calls about this location! THERE ARE BAD REVIEWS DATING BACK QUITE A FEW YEARS! CORPORATE is finally going TO DO SOMETHING!
Complete waste of time! Where the hell is the manager? We ask for assistance in purchasing some meta gen 2 glasses and we're going to buy some Martin Logan speakers. A bunch of young kids who can't be bothered to do their job, talking to their friends, fist bumping and talking about ridiculous immature crap tell us they can't help because they're busy? They ask an older guy who was too busy chatting with two men about restaurants and going out of state who pushes it off on another associate that reluctantly comes with us and just stands at the meta glasses case and says nothing. 🙄 We ask questions he has no answers for. I ask if we can see a pair that are in the case and he points to them through the plexiglass and says I can look through it to see the demo glasses, instead of him unlocking it and allowing me to examine them. As if I'm going to buy a pair I can't try on first or see up close. Absolutely zero employees here were doing their job. Not one of them were able to be pulled away from their phones or friends. I'm so glad I don't live here! The Best Buy location in Portsmouth/Newington is far superior with diligent, hardworking & competent employees! I Will never come back to this location again! Whoever was in charge at this location tonight should be fired! This store lost out on 3 very large sales tonight! Poor management and training!

It was great. Only complaint is they need more car audio installers
They never answer the phone it’s holiday season you figure that this is the time to sell remote starter for cars but nope can’t even answer the phone it’s an hour drive for me to go talk to a person had plenty of money to spend but looks like your not interested maybe corporate needs a call
