Very disappointed in Best Buy concord NH, trying to trade in my phone here and seems no one knows how to do it, and saying they don’t feel comfortable to do it because my ID address doesn’t match whatever in the system which is listed as mailing address in my APP. Also told me that no Best Buy store can do my trade in, go try Apple trade in. Went to Manchester Best Buy get it done within 5 minutes. Managers are so rude. Don’t waste time here.
