Very helpful with trying to recycle an old printer
I’m writing to share a very disappointing experience I had with Best Buy this holiday season.
My fiancé purchased an Oura Ring 4 in gold for me on Black Friday and received a promotional discount. Unfortunately, the size was slightly too small. When we went to the store to exchange it, we were told that because the Black Friday sale had ended, we would have to pay full price—despite the fact that we were only exchanging the ring for one size larger. There was no change in model or color.
As a result, my fiancé was forced to pay an additional $150 to exchange my Christmas gift in order to get the right size, completely negating the savings he waited for during the Black Friday sale. The in-store staff was extremely unhelpful and left us confused and frustrated.
After leaving the store, we contacted Best Buy customer service and were explicitly told that the $150 difference would be refunded within a few business days. That refund never came. When my fiancé called back to follow up, the refund was suddenly denied.
This entire situation stemmed from a simple size exchange of the same exact product. Between the misleading information, lack of accountability, and poor customer service both in-store and over the phone, this experience was incredibly frustrating. We will not be shopping at this Best Buy location again.
It took a little for me to find it, but with halp from the workers, it was a success.
None of the demo cameras work. I drove for an hour to check the cameras before I can purchase it but it is of no use as none of them are working. I m not sure why they mention demo model info in their app and website. Staff seems so uninterested to approach and help the customers and they wantedly ignored me for 15 mins even if I called them to help me item even though I m the only customer there. I m not sure why they even have a physical store when they don't want to approach the customers
