Came in for an air purifier. Gone are the days that a Best Buy employee asks if you need help and forget about being knowledgeable about the products being sold. The icing on the cake was the simple fact that knowing that there is difficult cell service they do not offer Guest WiFi so I couldn't scan the QR code on the price tag and I could not do my own research on the different types of air purifiers so I was forced to leave and go to the store next door, that DOES OFFER guest WiFi. I was able to compare different types of air purifiers and purchased one at that other store.

Didn’t have the best experience with Geek squad but not entirely the employees fault, wasn’t informed i’d have to pay for shipping after they literally did nothing to my MacBook which was honestly disappointing and i’m upset I wasn’t originally communicated with that I would need to pay for that. Thank you to the one employee who gave me a pep talk before I went to the apple store (only reason for 3 stars) to get the damage repaired under the warranty (don’t understand why best buy couldn’t figure that out considering it was the same warranty). Unfortunately don’t think I will be returning as this has put a sour taste in my mouth as I couldn’t trust the company enough to properly assess the damage to my MacBook (which after everything was sorted out by apple was clearly covered under the warranty), they didn’t communicate cost with me properly and have wasted much of my time as I had to travel an hour there and back.

Editing my review due to best buy corporate reaching out to help remedy the situation. I greatly appreciate that they contacted me to make things right and will be providing coaching to the concord staff.
This store is run by children who really have no knowledge of the items they’re selling. We purchased an open box soundbar that was listed with the condition of Excellent which per their website means it’s basically brand new with all accessories (either original or an equivalent). The soundbar we received was missing all the cords and the remote. We had to return it because we couldn’t use it. Instead of any apologies or trying to make it right they tried to upsell us. We ended up buying an inferior soundbar because we needed something, but the experience left a sour taste in my mouth.
