To be honest, I never leave reviews on Google, but I am posting this because of the really excellent experience that I had.
I had made a rookie mistake while re-installing my CPU and unfortunately ended up damaging it. I brought it Best Buy to have Geek Squad take a quick look to make sure I wasn't overthinking it and to make sure the CPU was okay (it was, thankfully.)
Despite having a pretty miserable day, the customer service I received turned it around. Jake was extremely helpful, honest, and straightforward, and did the courtesy of cleaning my parts so that my next install would be easier. They did all of us this despite the busy timeframe with the holidays coming up.
I hope whoever checks this review is able to recognize Jake for the amazing work that he did. It really turned a bad day around for me. Thank you Jake!
