Absolutely the worst at calling in to speak with customer service, they have this new AI assistant that is completely broken and can't do anything simple like connecting you to customer service.
I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to speak with a live person and had to hang up several times to continue trying, and each time the system couldn't figure out what to do, it would continue to tell me they were closed, it obviously trained itself to LIE. This new era of AI is Deeply Flawed and people should Open their eyes to the dangers it poses to the world !
They're open 8a.m. to 9p.m. on Saturday and I was calling at 9:50a m. so they were open nearly 2 hours at that time.
This is the very WORST Customer Service I've probably ever delt with, I never did get through to speak to anyone. I was calling to speak to someone in electronics to get a quote to have a Stereo System installed.
These reviews should give a person the option to give 0 stars because it's not worth even the 1-star review !

Staff was helpful even at the end of thier shift.
There's a lady who normally wears a black sweatshirt working at the front counter with no name tag very rude. Will argue with over anything and everything. Very disrespectful and not polite at all. Always has an attitude very unhelpful. If you get her ask for a new rep.

Mobile website is complete horse garbage. Takes more than 2 minutes to load each page. Login is excruciating slow process of waiting for an email. And absolutely no way to leave a review of an item. For a tech based company this is extremely sad
