Geek Squad / installation were supposed to call today to set up a time to bring and install a new TV. Never called. And impossible to get anyone on the phone. Just robot who doesn’t understand English. They were happy to take our 900 dollars yesterday though! What the heck.

Best place for gear and excellent customer service
Drove over an hour to Manchester Best Buy to exchange a new Apple Macbook M3 Pro I has just bought for an M4 Pro after finding the M3 Pro's performance wasn't up to par for the development work I was tasked with and was told by the Customer Service woman that Best Buy wouldn't price match Walmart on the new M4 Pro because their Macbooks ship from an Apple Authorized reseller (Best Buy is an authorized reseller too lol). I shrugged it off and had them just refund me the full amount.
When I got home I started looking for a replacement Macbook M4 Pro and ended up seeing that Best Buy in Manchester hand and "Open Box Macbook M4Pro in "Excellent Condition" for $150 less than Walmarts discounted price on a new one.
So I hop back in the vehicle for another hour long ride to find the same woman behind the pickup counter. There was a line so the Manager on duty assisted me with my pickup and I told her what happened and she said yeah they won't match Walmart prices on macbooks (even though Best Buy Website says they do!) I told her, I needlessly drove an extra hour that day, and it would have been great if the Customer Service woman would have told me that they had an M4 Pro in practically brand new condition for less than Walmart's discounted price! You can't make this stuff up. Buyer beware!
