The staff here didn't help me at all.

After having difficulty with a couple other best buy locations in the state, I was assisted by Addison and multiple other members of staff at the Manchester store. They were all fantastic. Really went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. By the end of my visit, my problems were all solved and I finally had the item multiple stores had failed to source.
This took time, which is no problem at all. One of the managers apologized for the wait and thanked me for my patience. Not necessary but it was a very kind gesture.
