I recently bought a laptop at best buy around 30th August for 999 USD which was supposed to be delivered by 5th December. It’s been two weeks and apparently the order is delayed. We call the customer care, NO REASON GIVEN OR ANY FUTHER UPDATES. We go the store again and they’re like WAIT TILL 19th IF THE STATUS IS NOT UPDATED IT WILL BE AUTOCANCELED. No reason given whatsoever. Now I have to buy a laptop again but the offeres everywhere are done and I have to pay 1300 for the same laptop. Thank best buy for a very horrible experience , for making me wait and then now having to pay more for the same laptop.

enough? I leave alot of reviews and I am more than fair for the most part. I only go into Best Buy about twice a year. Everytime I find it under staffed and really under qualified help. When I am making a $1700 laptop purchase, I'd like to have an individual that knows the pros and cons. Went back weeks after same issues and bought another $800 laptop. Bog box retail stores are really tanking. I think k we csn blame quality control on district managers. I frequently review businesses, I have over 6.7 million views and know forst hand about business, owning 3 myself. Let's chape up Best Buy!
