Great location and friendly staff. I ordered a laptop and picked up from this location later after 2 days the price was further reduced online but fortunately they helped with price match considering my very recent purchase. Glad and Happy with the service

I was lied to by the “mobile department” whatever that means, they told me my order would be ready in one hour so I drove one hour to the south willow street location which in fact did not even have my product in stock. Very inconvenient how you cannot speak to a real person actually from the store. I had to have my order cancelled which the refund can take up to 48 hours. Thanks Best Buy, for a super bad experience. I guess I won’t be getting what I needed today, TODAY.
