Bought a high sense U7 55 inch TV. Continue to have a problem with a NESN 360 app. Call the geek squad they couldn’t do anything called Best Buy. They wouldn’t or couldn’t do anything checked with NESN AND They couldn’t help. $800 TV. Great picture, but doesn’t play well with hockey games. Screen jumps continuously every 2-4 seconds. Stay way away from this model Bruins Fans !!

I’ve been shopping here for years, have a membership, credit card, and recently bought a TV — but the woman at the front who seems to handle loss prevention and sits on a computer all day is consistently rude. Her attitude toward customers is unprofessional and unnecessary. After this last visit, I’m done shopping here and will take my business elsewhere.
