The location of this Best Buy is extremely convenient however, trying to find help in the laptop area was challenging. We had to ask for someone to help us. Now, I will say both employees - and I only saw two - were busy upon our arrival yet, when we asked for assistance we were met with a condescending attitude by Robbie. I would think that if I’m willing to spend $1k+ I would treated with more respect. He walked us around the area quickly and read off of the product cards. We asked for his opinion and he told us that it was our decision and that we just needed a “standard/basic” laptop and that it doesn’t really matter. We felt dismissed. I ultimately went with his suggestion due to the price and functionality. I would strongly suggest you discuss basic customer decency and manners with your staff. I would not recommend asking for help in this location due to this experience. One last comment, when asked about the credit card and my denial of wanting the Best Buy credit card I was greeted with snarky commentary. I believe he said “interesting it would save you $109”. Like I don’t know how to manage my own finances and decisions. Do better, Best Buy.

Your AI answering service is so terrible i refuse to go check your store for the product I tried to call about. Hire humans.
No product transparency. No offer from sales staff to help with questions or where to locate a product. I had to wander the whole store to not find what I needed.
We purchased a 65 inch lg tv about 3 years ago and it is still in great condition. I will buy again.
