Don't waste your time going to Manchester best buy. Customer service is zero. I went to get cell phone screen replacement. 5 workers all standing by phone area 1 gentleman was helping a Custer purchasing phone and computer one was working with person purchasing phone the other 3 ding bats all younger people talking with each other standing there watching the 2 people work as customers are waiting for help 45 minutes it took for one of them to finally respond when I asked if I could get help replacing a screen protector, and that was only after the gentleman who was helping some one with the phone and computer said can you help these people. I will never go to that bestbuy again. The manager should be ashamed he has such lazy unresponsive staff. Thw stire should close.paying these young people who are supposed to be working and helping customers standing around chating with each other and watching the only 2 people in the store that work. If you need anything go to Salem best buy they are all very helpful eager to help friendly staff. Always greeted at the door with a welcome can we help and a thank you did you find every thing when leaving. MANCHESTER GET YOUR MANAGER TRAINED GO LEARN FROM A GOOD STORE SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!

shuffled from one area to another & issue w phone still not resolved. told I have to live with no GPS, basically. protection plan means nothing. I paid for it but no service. just fleeced me. now another $100 charge for Best buy to "process my request"
I'll never spend another dime @ best buy. cutting up my credit card. the only power we have is where we spend our 🤑 money
