Best Buy Manchester

This is by far the worst Best Buy I’ve ever been to. I went in ready to purchase a Google Pixel 11 Pro, but the customer service I received was incredibly disappointing. I first spoke with the greeter, who unfortunately wasn’t very helpful. I then went to the phone department and spoke with Derrick, who was extremely rude and dismissive. He made me feel like I was inconveniencing him simply by trying to buy a phone. I asked about availability at other Best Buy locations, and instead of helping me, he told me, “I don’t know, just look it up yourself.” I also asked about the Labor Day deals, and he said he didn’t know what the promotions were. When he did explain the deals, he told me they were only available to Best Buy Plus or Premium members. The way he spoke to me made me feel like he was assuming I couldn’t afford the phone or wasn’t a serious customer. I completely understand that employees may not know every promotion or have every answer, but there is a huge difference between not knowing something and making no effort to help a customer. I walked into the store prepared to spend a significant amount of money on a new phone and left feeling like my business wasn’t wanted. I’ve never experienced customer service this poor at a Best Buy. Very disappointing and definitely not the experience I expected.

I recently purchased a $350 headset and a $100 Lego set from your store. Upon opening the fully sealed headset two days later, I discovered the box was empty. Although I was initially concerned about how this would be handled, the staff resolved the issue promptly and professionally. I will certainly be returning for my future electronics purchases.
