Geek squad is totally useless and stated in person that they require a $170 membership to do the free 20 minute repair quote on equipment. Best buy also rarely has the items im looking for, much better to try online.

Every time I come in here, I am less and less surprised of all the stuff that you guys have for inventory plus you guys need a severe renovation. I walk in here like I just walked into early 2000. It hasn’t changed one bit and it’s becoming extremely sad me and my fiancé ran a mile yesterday for about almost 2 hours to empty shelves like you guys are gonna go out of business or something realize if you guys don’t have anything on your shelves and people walk in they quickly gonna walk out you guys need to invest in more computers and electronics not just TVs and kitchen appliances.
