I'm a fan of Best Buy and their staff is normally very helpful but today must have been an off day. Each time I asked a question I felt like I was being a bother.
Matt in electrics was awesome. I took a tumble in my home right into my television. He helped do a comparison of cost and found me I nice new beautiful Fire TV. He broke down the difference vs Roku and even carried it to my car. I had a wonderful experience. Tha k you.
One of the few remaining big box stores for your hightech needs. Good variety of computers and computer components, home theater, appliances, phones, cameras, and other tech gear.
When walking in have a greeter who asks if you're looking for something in particular. I made the mistake of sharing & was immediately paired with a rude, self absorbed sales person. Another time I walked in & didn't say anything & was able to look around & actually shop. We were approached by several nice sales people who offered help & information (they were nice). Another time we went in specificly to buy a headset. Was happy they had a great selection & you could try them on. After figuring out what I wanted, had to find a salesperson to unlock the cabinet to buy them. She acted like we were bothering her. In summary, every experience is different. They have a great selection of tablets, laptops, & TV's.
