Pretty good for electronics. Prices are reasonable, but nothing to write home about. The person I was with needed to use the restroom, but it was out of service. Thankfully the store has an entrance in the mall close to the mall restrooms.

We went to the Best Buy In Manchester on Tuesday, August 4th, around 10:30 am. When we arrived we asked for help in the TV section. We were told someone would be over shortly. (It was not busy in the store). Another couple was also waiting for help in the TV section. They finally gave up and left the store. After we waited 20 minutes for help, I went to the front of the store and asked for help again. About 10 minutes later, two female employees came up to us and told us they didn’t know anything about TVs, but would help the best they could. Frustrated, my husband and I left the store and drove to the Best Buy in Nashua. We had an excellent experience in Nashua. We will never return to the Manchester store. It is obviously very poorly managed.
