If I could give less stars, I would pass by a customer service is absolutely trash. I ordered almost $2k laptop with the intention of buying a second one a week and they said it was gonna be delivered in two days several days later it got delivered to the wrong address and someone else signed for it and now they’re telling me that it’s gonna be several days till they can send a replacement out again or it’s gonna be 7 to 10 business days for them to give me a refund after the investigation has been finished. What a joke. They can’t send it to the store for me to pick up that way, I would avoid the store at all cost. Their customer service was also very terrible. Zero solution zero willingness to help or to even make the situation right.

really put together store customers service on point i got all of the specifications for the headphones and pc also very clean and hygienic bathroom.
