Best Buy Manchester

So I go in there looking for a USB cable to a 3.5 mm connection for my car... So I look all around I can't see anything... I go up to the only associate that I can find and ask them where I could get one and they point halfway across the store.... I go look at the selection and there's nothing there. It was a pretty pitiful selection for a store like Best buy... So I tell them that's all you have and they point halfway across the store the other way and say maybe it's over there..... You know what your just standing there doing nothing. Why don't you get off your butt and physically take me over there and show me what I need.... Lazy people... Horrible customer service. I'm pretty sure I can get it online even at Best buy site. But if i was the store I would make sure that I had this kind of stuff in stock that people might need every day..... I don't know what's going on today..... Nobody seems to give a crap about anything... They don't care if you buy something in the store or if you leave empty-handed..... Didn't Used to be like that...

Not happy. I placed an order for curbside pickup for an item they only had one of. Well, they didn't pull it fast enough and someone else got it.

Best Buy stores are giving Circuit City vibes a year prior to their closure. I went in to the Manchester store to buy a DJI Osmo Action 4 camera. I went to the front, asked for assistance and someone with the keys. I was told someone will be right with me, he had to call on the mic. After 10 minutes I left. It was not busy. Plenty of blue shirts. I guess they didn’t want to sell me a camera in this fine evening IDK. Anyways, this is why Amazon rules. Placed the order in my car and will be delivered Monday. No fuss. Tried to support the local store, but the local store apparently doesn’t need the sales. Off to eat pizza.
