The staff went out of there way to help me find an item. I've been to many stores that wouldn't have gone to as much trouble.
Josh St George- Thank You for finding my new Samsung laptop. You could tell I was a bit confused about what to get and I nearly settled for something "decent". You had me follow you back to your terminal and proceeded to use your expertise to find the best deal that was hidden away. You caused me to enjoy a customer service situation, which has been a long time. This laptop is exactly the size I was looking for and it is So crazy light. I also just realized it has an Intel Ultra 7 in it. I was hoping for a 5ish at Best. HHaaa!! Truly, thank you so much. It's been a crazy rough season since the end of last year and you helped tip the scale for me this evening. (Guy with the sleeveless Ron Jon shirt)
Just went looking around.
Id give zero stars if I could. I was delivered the wrong product with a $600 cheaper product. Manager literally wouldn't speak to me about the the wrong item and told us to leave the store. Customer service phone number is to a call center over seas and told me the manager at a physical store has to figure it out. Worst communication and 'service' I've ever dealt with. Credit card company has to apply a charge back to resolve the issue.
