No one serves until asking and wait, and the sales person’s attitude was so bad and rude, no smile at all with incorrect info, having a poke face all the time, very bad purchasing experience

Ordered a TV for pickup that indicated ready within 1 hr. I arrived a little over 1 hr after I ordered and the tv wasn't ready. It was even in the store it was at an offset warehouse and they had no idea when it would arrive. They indicated it was a common problem and apologized. I wasted over an hour driving to the store. Never had this issue with any other vendor with pick up option. I cancelled the order and placed a new order with a different store.
