Whoever is in charge of hiring needs to not be in charge of hiring. The employees, while granted are college-aged students mostly, are some of the most useless people on the planets. Unfriendly, one word responses, and an inability to get proper answers for simple questions like "You sent me the email it was ready to be picked up so where is it?" 'Uh...i dont know.'
I was a nice store but it Seemed like the staff didn't want to help me out when I was there
After several (frustrating) phone calls and visits to the store, Matthew, a Best Buy Manager, was able to take care of the difficulty I was experiencing and couldn't have been nicer! He listened as I explained my situation, (I was told I could get a refund for something and had it in writing, but was told multiple times that wasn't possible.) Matthew listened, took my paperwork, never doubting or questioning anything I had to say. He checked in with me as he "worked his magic" so I'd know what was going on. I couldn't be more grateful. I asked if I could speak to his Manager but as it turned out, that was him, the Manager on duty. I had such a bad feeling going into the store, but thanks to Matthew I left feeling absolutely wonderful! It's refreshing to know there are still good people who take the time to listen, care and help. People like Matthew who live by The Golden Rule. Thank you Matthew! I hope Best Buy knows how lucky they are to have you!!!
I don’t even want to give a star, PERIOD. Got charged $90 to return a camera that (yes was opened to see it) but never used. Like, seriously. The SD card didn’t even go into the camera. 90 stupid $$ for what, for one of your workers to slap a small piece of tape on the seal and then walk their happy ass to the shelf to put it away! PLEASE, screw you. Will not buy from here again. I heard Amazon has great deals, oh and free returns!!
