Rude way to talk to people in this store. Not just once but 3 times I have experienced it. Couple times I have had let it go. There is no coordination between online and offline stores of Best Buy. The online trade-in shows different values and when you go to this store it shows totally different values. The manager was rude and seems to be in hurry rather than explaining the problem. There was not even any apologies for anything. Even being a My Best Buy Total Tech member, this is how they treat you. This is the reason I will prefer Costco rather than this Best Buy store. Totally Disappointed!

LOUSY SERVICE! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Lost all my money on a cell phone purchase at Best Buy Nashua, NH. Lousy customer service in store and on phone. I had to ask twice and wait nearly 30 minutes to get assistance for a cel phone.. I finally purchased a motorola moto g play. while at the store, I asked to have the phone unlocked and activated. I was informed that it could not be unlocke and activated at store due to privacy concerns. After spending over 3 hours trying to activate the sim card with boost mobile I was told that it could not be recognized - mobile data locked. After numerous calls with best buy and the Geek Squad, I was told there was nothing they could do for me and I would have to purchase another phone and will not be reimbursed for the lockcked phone they sold to me.
