I don’t even want to give a star, PERIOD. Got charged $90 to return a camera that (yes was opened to see it) but never used. Like, seriously. The SD card didn’t even go into the camera. 90 stupid $$ for what, for one of your workers to slap a small piece of tape on the seal and then walk their happy ass to the shelf to put it away! PLEASE, screw you. Will not buy from here again. I heard Amazon has great deals, oh and free returns!!
The whole point of why Best Buy exists in 2025 is for instant purchase needs. Otherwise Amazon is a better experience. I tried calling the store about an item that you can only purchase in the store (before driving all the way to the store) and all calls are now forwarded to a call center so you can't get ahold of anyone in this store by phone call (even though there is a promt to talk to the store). What is the point of this? It's like they want us to buy from Amazon. Did they not see what happened to Circuit City just next door 20 years ago?
Will not do business with Best Buy. Purchased a microwave for a great advertised price and willing to wait to 2 weeks it would take to ship, only to have the order be indefinitely delayed. Finally gave up and decided to cancel, two weeks beyond the promised delivery date (over 4 weeks after ordering). Their app sucks. Contacted them and got an automated message that wouldn't let me confirm that the order would be canceled, it only stated that if the order wasn't picked up within 7 days of delivery they would cancel on their end. Unacceptable way to do business. I Purchased the same microwave from a competitor for more money and would willingly do it again to not deal with Best Buy.
