I ordered a dryer online open box in "good" condition. Holy cannoli that was a pile of crap. The thing looks like my garage doors after years of my boys playing hockey. No power cord, no instructions and it had in catcher, plus animal hair in the drum. Ugh needless to say, I'll never do that again. But I was in a pinch and I needed a dryer today. The staff delivering it to my car was helpful because I can't lift right now. The dryer is on now and the drum is catching on something. Looks like I will be returning this.

Very disappointed.. our son’s birthday is coming up in July 4th and he’s turning 6 and wants a video game system because his big brother is a gamer (computers mainly), so we decided to get him a Nintendo Switch as that is one system we do not have yet. I went on Best Buy’s website and ordered one for pick up at the Portsmouth store as we live in Portsmouth. At the same time I received one email thanking me for my order letting me know that it would be ready for pick up the next day, and a separate email telling me my order was cancelled!!! When I opened the email it informed me that it was cancelled due to “purchase limit abuse”… I was shocked since this was the first switch we had ever bought or even attempted to buy, so I went on their online chat and spoke with an associate. He looked into it and confirmed that I have only ever bought one unit but because the company takes it so serious about over purchasing this item there was nothing he could do!! I was appalled, he then asked if maybe someone in my family ever used my card for one I told him no not this card not any card of mine and he apologized again stating there was nothing that could be done. This is disturbing to me that a company can do something like that for ZERO reason and not even be able to fix THEIR mistake.
