Across all the years I've been shopping at this Best Buy, I can say I've only had ONE positive interaction with the staff in Newington. Every single other time it's rudeness and argumentativeness from them. Today was the last straw! I will NEVER set foot in this location ever again. It simply isn't worth interacting with them. This particular location seems to employ the most unhelpful, cluelessly rude people on the planet. I don't know if they don't have managers, don't need to move products in the store, or have no training whatsoever - or what, but it's always my very last option when it comes to buying something locally. After today this store is never a place I will go again. Whether I am purchasing a new camera, computer, phone accessory, appliance, or TV...I will NEVER purchase from your store again. There are just too many other options when it comes to buying a physical product without the attitude that comes from your staff.
P.S. I am ordering the laptop (from the manufacturer) as I type this. Your staff couldn't be bothered to help me without arguing, talking down about the product, and being rude to me when I didn't jump for joy at the cash register upselling.

Had a very pleasant experience with electronics sales associate Will who helped me with purchasing a monitor for my setup. He explained monitor differences and what would be best for my needs. I am very happy with my order, Will did an amazing job, I will definitely be back in the future!
I’ve spent a lot of money at this store over the years. Last two times in the employees would rather talk to each other then a customer. I left without purchasing what I drove 45 min to buy. Same employee that ignored me at all costs was also the door greeter and could break free to even say have a nice day as I walked out. 1 star at best sitting in the parking lot ordering my product on Amazon instead of purchasing inside.
