Looks like I am not the only one as many reviews state the same issues. I will just go ahead and buy online from a different company.

Have been waiting for 30 minutes in a mostly empty store to get service on a simple need (laptop charger). The person in front wants me to believe the store has many customers because of holiday shopping. Looks like human eyes do catch more than their staffing algorithms about the store being empty.
One-word summary of service quality: abysmal.

I was quite disappointed because we bought an expensive tv and we received the wrong tv which was an 800.00 difference. We tried to call the store for a whole week and just got an answering service. We left a several messages and no one called back. We ha to drive an hour and a half from Conway Nh to Newington NH to get it straightened out. They didn’t even give us a discount for all the aggravation we went through! 3 hours round trip is ridiculous when it could of been taken care of by phone! Very disappointing
