Much better than the store in Concord, NH. Was able to shop tvs looking at them side by side and not walking to the opposite side of a display. Salesman was right on top of things when I placed my order and helped me with speedy checkout and loading of my TV. All done with the utmost care
I'm so angry and frustrated. Bought car starter for my mom over a month ago, made the appointment for just after Christmas. Picked up the starter so it could be wrapped. Day before install I check status and find out the work order was completed. Tell me how you can complete something before the day actually arrives? I call and pretty much told 'too bad' You're employee made the mistake. Some attempt to rectify, go above and beyond? NOPE! Just book another appointment another month out. This is an 80 year old woman. The benefit is now and we did everything right. When I try to call the store directly, its a big maze of automation with no help and being disconnected. UNBELIEVABLE! Do not think they care about customer. They do not.
