I'm so angry and frustrated. Bought car starter for my mom over a month ago, made the appointment for just after Christmas. Picked up the starter so it could be wrapped. Day before install I check status and find out the work order was completed. Tell me how you can complete something before the day actually arrives? I call and pretty much told 'too bad' You're employee made the mistake. Some attempt to rectify, go above and beyond? NOPE! Just book another appointment another month out. This is an 80 year old woman. The benefit is now and we did everything right. When I try to call the store directly, its a big maze of automation with no help and being disconnected. UNBELIEVABLE! Do not think they care about customer. They do not.

My worst experience ever with Best Buy. I ordered a laptop online on November 26th for in-store pickup by December 1st. Instead, the order status changed to “delayed,” and for more than 10 days afterward I received no updates at all. When I contacted customer service, they simply told me to check with the store. The store, however, had no information, no updates, and confirmed they didn’t even have the laptop in stock. No one could provide a clear answer or solution. Overall, extremely disappointing and frustrating.

I went to this store today to purchase the rest of my Christmas items which was Black Opt 7 ( PS5) and some gift cards. Remind you last week I went and spent 550$ so today my card was going through, but the cashier said that the sale was voided, I asked for a manager to come up and see if they could see what was going on, ( which the manager refused to come up. So I went to another register and the cashier proceeded to ring up my items, the transaction was voided again, so I called my bank to see what was going on, which my bank also explained to the manager whom name is Robbie( koren or Vietnamese manager, short with black hair, heard what the banker was saying , got very rude and refused to help figure out what was going wrong. My bank told me that the merchant was not accepting the payment when the cashier would process the payment. After the manager was rude , I left the items I was going to purchase and left. This place has very rude staff( the manager Robbie and he was very unprofessional. It is people like him that makes these types of businesses unlikely to succeed. Best Buy needs to retrain the staff, because your supposed to help customers, not being rude and arrogant. I do NOT Recommend this Best BUY at ALL.

They sold me an open box excellent condition TV, which did not have a box did not have footpegs and was wrapped in a Styrofoam sheet. Once I got it home, I realized that there were issues with the AR coating on this TV. Wouldn’t ever buy an open box item from BestBuy again
