Absolutely horrible experience if you don’t live right next to them. Trying to contact them via phone or email is nigh impossible. Best Buy has an off-site call center that all calls are redirected to. You then have to sit on the phone and talk to a robot, just to get sent to some random person who knows nothing about the store or their inventory. If you’re lucky, they connect you to the store, just for no one to answer the phone.
Absolutely ridiculous.

On my recent 2 visits to buy a computer, I was helped by 2 different staff who were quite helpful. I did have to go to the front to ask someone to assist me on my first visit. But this is an improvement over previous visits when staff was very hard to find or engage.
I bought a Lenovo Chromebook laptop. The screen was beginning to separate and the hinges were out of alignment. Nikki the store manager, told me I did not buy the protection plan even though it is still in warranty. The hinges are coming apart when opened. It will only get worse. She said it is cosmetic. I'm filing a BBB complaint. I don't think this store will do anything to honor a warranty without legal intervention. I can't believe I was dumb enough to buy anything from them
