I ordered a dryer more than a week ago, for delivery today. Fine. Best Buy promised eight times the delivery for today (including a text this morning). Fine. However, NO ONE showed up, or even let me know there was any issue! Total waste of my time. So I called the assistance number provided. They were no help at all (although they said they do appreciate my business).

We have had some good experiences in this store before, but our last one was not particularly great. I realize it was close to closing time, but didn't expect the rudeness we got from Austin. All we wanted was to get a set of headphones that were locked and required an employee to get them. If you're going to have a brick and mortar store, your employees need to understand their primary job is customer service!!

I have been a customer of West Lebanon Best Buy since it opened, that ended on 12/15/2024! I drove to West Lebanon Best Buy to buy a HP -15.6" Touch Screen Laptop - Intel Core i3 - 8GB Memory - 256GB SSD - Natural Sliver model: A9HM6UA#ABA, SKU: 6587436. I had looked at it on Best Buy website, it was listed as in stock available for pickup in West Lebanon or oniline. I went into the store and showed an associate the print out of it from website, he told me it was out of stock in store and online. I drove back home and checked on website again still listed stock available in West Lebanon or online. I called the store but call was forwarded to call center, Apperently the West Lebanon store doesn't have time to talk to customers . I then odered this computer online and it was available for pickup at West Lebanon store. So then I make second trip to West Lebanon because of associates mistake. I picked up this computer and asked the clerk to speak to a manager to see what they might do for the inconvience and expense of having to make 2 trips. I told the manager this was a replacement for my girlfriends computer and that she was told by a member of the Geek Squad that if she bought a new computer from Best Buy they would try to retrieve data from her old computer for $100. The manager said they would not do that, it would be $180. I asked if he valued me as a customer and got no response and no compensation for the my wasted time and gas . Absoutely the worst costumer service, He was rude and full of himself, treating me like I didn't know anything and he didn't care if I remained a customer. I told what him could do with the computer and got a refund and will never set foot in the store again. I purchased a hard drive enclosure for $28 from Amazon and it took less than 1 hour to remove hard drive from old computer and transfer data to new computer also bought from Amazon. Don't let best buy rip you off.

Always more then helpful and knowledgeable and are happy to elighten us lacking in know how to which is incredibly helpful for a Mom trying to buy video game and such items for my 2 gamer children when I know nothing about that relm of happenings!! On behalf of all parents who can conquer... we thank & appreciate your help guiding us in the right direction far more then you know!! Thanks for not treating us as if our million questions trying to understand the world our kids are overly endulged in aren't ridiculously annoying to you all as Im sure it may get that way from time to time!! 🎅🎄❄️
