This place actively runs pricing scams. If you are coming in quick to get something, double check the price on the shelf vs what they are charging you at the register. They hope you're in a hurry and won't check. This has happened to me TWICE in this store.

Wanted to buy myself a new PC. Online it said there was one in stock so I called to make sure it was in stock. Was told on the phone they had one and I said I’m an hour and a half away to please make sure they had it in stock. Was assured they had it in stock and was told I had to pay for them to hold on to it for me. Paid the $1800 and drove an hour and a half only to find out they had no computers in stock. Waste of my time, gas and money

I ordered a dryer more than a week ago, for delivery today. Fine. Best Buy promised eight times the delivery for today (including a text this morning). Fine. However, NO ONE showed up, or even let me know there was any issue! Total waste of my time. So I called the assistance number provided. They were no help at all (although they said they do appreciate my business).

We have had some good experiences in this store before, but our last one was not particularly great. I realize it was close to closing time, but didn't expect the rudeness we got from Austin. All we wanted was to get a set of headphones that were locked and required an employee to get them. If you're going to have a brick and mortar store, your employees need to understand their primary job is customer service!!
