The salesman that helped us out was great A+, when we returned to our car and found it damaged... I went back inside to ask them to page the plate #, asked them to call the police, asked them to see the video of our car, it felt as if we did something! completely useless people at this point... we will NOT ever shop this location again... I'm a firm believer that if 1 of the 3 people I encountered after the incident were our salesperson than we would not have had a good experience here... just plain rude and useless.

They have it all, but employees can't be bothered to help you. I stood at the intersection of 2 aisles for almost 20 minutes before two passed by on their way to do something else, and seemed bothered that I asked for help. I then get to checkout and there are two additional employees talking to the one at the register, instead of circulating through the store to find customers to assist.
