I get all my electronics and appliances here. The staff is knowledgeable and know how to deliver top rate customer service.
Store was empty... No customers besides myself. In store wandering around looking for a tablet. No associate approached me to offer help. I left dissatisfied.
This is the second Best Buy store I have been in two weeks. I was in the store for over an hour and only found the display (that doesn't work) and no product. Not a single employee acknowledged me or asked if they could help. Store displays have no tags in sections, and many shelves are empty. Why have a store. I chatted with customer service, and the best they could do is ship one to me. Of course, I would have to pay sales tax and shipping. Very frustrated with this company!

I had a scheduled screen repair at this location for my iphone. I received confirmation of the appointment, however, the day of with an hour until appointment time I was asked to reschedule due to a missing piece of equipment that would take 5-7 days to arrive. I rescheduled for a week later. Once I arrived at my appointment, I was told they had no capable techs on site, that they still didn't have the equipment, and were missing additional pieces since the previous week. They provided no timeline that any of these issues could be resolved.
