I’ve been trying to get an order I placed back on march 13 for almost a month. When I ordered it was in stock and expected in two days for delivery. Day of expected delivery I get a message item delayed.
Day of new delivery , another message another delay, so I call custom service. Long story short, I’ve called customer service 6 times … i can’t get a straight answer on status etc. At one point they told me it was in stock at a store about an hour from me. I asked them if they called the store to verify and they said they couldn’t call a store. You can’t call a store direct …I told them I’m not going to drive two hours round trip without knowing for certain it’s there, no matter what number I call I get some central call center. I was assured it would be here today … guess what? Delayed again. I’ve cancelled my order and will never deal with this store again. Worst customer service ever… buy somewhere else even if you pay a little more the headaches and frustration aren’t worth the piddly savings
I see the automated response below from Best Buy. They can’t even be bothered to call direct and try to remedy. I literally gave these people so many chances to do the right thing and to send the product aside from getting wrong information that would’ve wasted over two hours of my time I was never able to actually connect with a store or a manager my last call I asked to file a complaint. I got directed again to the call center and again was given wrong information.

They helped me to find a solution with my SIM card and data :) super nice and friendly people
I was taken it back at first by how dirty the place has become I also was less than impressed with the attentiveness of the associates. They were standing around in groups not doing anything other than chit-chatting we had to get one of them to come over to give us some assistance and then that associate wasn't entirely well-versed
