I moved to New Hampshire recently and this best buy was closest to my home but still a full hour away. I purchased a 65 inch TV, a tv mount, air conditioning and an internet connection equipment. It turned out I grabbed the wrong kind of TV mount and less than one month later was able to make the long trek back with the unopened product. The man working the counter was very nice but his supervisor proceeded to inform me that they had a two week return policy and I would need to become a member and pay 50 dollars a year for them to be able to help me. It's a 30 dollar tv mount... I told them absolutely not as I don't intend to ever purchase from a Best Buy again. There is no benefit to shopping in this store and we all would be better served purchasing from Amazon or Walmart.
