Funny and friendly, helpful staff
Two week return policy starts from date of online order not when it arrives five days later. Website sells products non refundable at store and does not list the fact you can't return to store. Cold customer service. Manager not knowledgeable of products or policies as they relate to online -v- store pickup etc.
The phone customer service does not connect you directly to the store. “know before you go” does not apply- the store manager Daniel, would not honor the process described to me by Oushi (over the phone) - she instructed me to provide proof of warranty through the manufacturer’s website and further confirmed the item I needed is in stock.
This location is not convenient, but was the closest proximity(40 minute).
I called the local number again, while at the store, and it does not put you in contact with the store staff.
