How do I check product availability at the Lebanon Best Buy?

Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

Placed an order on Tuesday to pick up on Saturday. Saturday comes and the confirmation says everything is on track for pickup. When we arrive at the store. Not only do they not have the product and do not expect to receive the product today, but that they only receive shipments on Tuesdays and Thursdays so there was no expectation from the store to receive it as stated and promised.

Do not purchase appliances from Best Buy if you think it’s easier because they “can install” versus Home Depot or Lowe’s. Best Buy will cancel your delivery and install date and reschedule the day of without warning. I waited three weeks only to be cancelled for another two weeks. Immediately called local tech’s and scheduled an install within 48 hours.
Go to Home Depot or Lowe’s. The amount of time spent on the phone tracking my appliances and trying to schedule this nightmare wasn’t worth their one stop shop promise.
In the end I had to do it all myself. Worst part I went to the West Leb store to only have the manager say nothing they can do and I will be getting a call shortly.
Awful service.
