Had a really uncomfortable experience due to the woman working the front in the morning. Extremely unfriendly attitude, constant dirty looks, and zero customer service skills. I wasn’t greeted, wasn’t helped, and felt like I was an inconvenience just for walking in. I expect basic professionalism, especially at the front of the store where first impressions matter. This experience alone makes me think twice about coming back.

Do not Buy anything From Best Buy!! I had a terrible experience when they sent me the wrong item. I spent hours on the phone and went to this store twice but no one could help me. Do not shop there at any cost It is not worth it!!!

UPDATE (at bottom): I am a total member at Best Buy. I had a simple question about the availability of a part for a repair. The only answer I could get on the app the website or from the centralized call center was to go to the store. I do not want to drive to the store unless I know they have the part. Because this is for an item that would need to be repaired while I wait. No matter what I did, even calling the local number, I could not in any way break through to reach someone in the location to ask my question. They 100% block phone contact with local stores. I understand they are trying to prevent their employees and geek squad employees from having to converse with customers on the phone. But there are always reasons why a customer needs to reach someone in the store before they take a drive. And they need to address this. Huge disappointment from a company that I have grown to have great respect for from my other experiences over the last few years. I have no doubt that a Best Buy representative could provide the company’s rationale. Further evidence of the overall decline of customer service in the US. We have become a self-serve nation. Prices go up, and we now service our own accounts, products, and services. UPDATE: Regarding Best Buy's response to this review, I cannot reach out to you on Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media app because I do not belong to any. But thank you for providing further evidence of the absolute blockade you have erected around human interaction.
