Ok I went two weeks after Christmas so low stock. I have new phone and tablet looking for cases and screen protectors. No one and I mean absolutely no stopped to help and when I looked around people disappeared like magic. I stood near the front of the store and ordered everything I needed from Amazon. Their crappy service enticed me to spend hundreds online. So thanks I bought good stuff.

Best Buy has greeters in the front of the store that should be able to put you on a list in case you need assistance. Not pleased with how the management refused to sell me an item that they had behind a glass at a sale price and when we get to the register it’s scanning regular price. We go back to look and the associate claims it’s the wrong color and was misplaced. That’s not the customers issue if you need a key to open this display clearly that was placed there by an employee. I will be contacting corporate!
