How do I check product availability at the Brick Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Brick Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?
Inventory is constantly updated in stores and on BestBuy.com, especially during the holiday season. Make sure to check back early, and often, in case of a restock.
I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?

Don't waste your time coming here the customer service is shocking. Staff would rather finish personal conversions than help customers.
Installed my sub and amp here so that if something went wrong it would be easier to fix than going through the manufacturers. Now I have a small issue to get dealt with and the audio installation has been closed or open with no one working for 3 weeks. I keep wasting my time coming here and not a single person on payroll has any idea what to say or what to do. Last time I ever trust bestbuy to properly train their installers or hire staff that give a damn!

I was looking for the new Ray ban Meta glasses and found them at Best Buy in Brick, NJ. (The only place that had them at the moment). Unfortunately I messed up and ordered the wrong style so I had to return them after I opened the box.
The return was quick and painless and everyone there was very helpful in trying to find another location that had they'll I wanted in stock.
The Best Buy in Brick is a Great store with Great people.
