I visited the store for a repair on the back of my iPhone, which should have been covered under AppleCare. However, I was unexpectedly charged a $30 fee, despite my understanding that it should be covered. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the necessary part in stock, requiring me to return a second time. I called ahead to confirm if I needed an appointment and was told I could come anytime, preferably before 7 PM due to high traffic later in the day. I rushed to the store by 6:30 PM, only to be informed that I needed an appointment and that phone repairs are not handled after 6 PM. This miscommunication led to four trips in total to get a simple repair done. Throughout my experience, the general attitude of the staff seemed indifferent. Several customers were waiting for assistance while many employees were standing around, chatting with one another. It’s disappointing to see this kind of service, which sadly seems to reflect a broader issue in customer care across many large corporations today.

Semi retired and been away from computers over 20 years. I do most tasks through my Android phone. Not sure which to buy now when a computer is needed, a laptop or a Chromebook. Even though I talked with 3 different sales people they each seem to only want to spend less than ONE minute with me. I'm so put off by sales people who can't wait to leave you and go back to being on their own darn phones! Thank heavens today for the Chromebook sales guy who happened to be there today. Got ALL my questions answered by him.
