Honestly do not know why I bother to go to this store. If you need Apple assistance it’s a total waste of time. I even called in advance before making the appointment and was assured they could help. The techs looked at me like I asked them to solve world peace. Finally, said they wouldn’t be able to assist and I would have to go to Apple even if they could figure out how to order the single replacement AirPod since it needed to be reconnected to the case. Of course, they would be happy to sell me a new pair. Wasted an hour of my day. Just another big box store that has no idea how to communicate or assist customers.

Stephen P.: Store # 475 - Manager and Customer Service all in one!
I wanted to say how wonderful Stephen was in resolving my issue. I am a total tech member for 15 years. Just about when it first started. In addition, I buy products all the time at Best Buy, including Christmas gift gifts and birthday gifts.
Not only is Stephen just plain nice, and sincere, he is an expert in his field. He is very knowledgeable.
Today: outstanding, helpful, and went over and above the call of duty. He is a Manager in tge true sense.
Your good judment in hiring a nice person who is knowledgeable, to help we Customers, in our goals, is evident. Thank you.
I generally like Best Buy, but this location was having a bad day. Very poor service. Lots of employees milling about but none seemed want to go out of their way to assist. Probably because I was looking at sale items. Ultimately, I ordered online and picked up at their Manalapan location.
