I had a great experience today with NYXIE with the Geek Squad. I was have tremendous difficulty with a new phone and pairing it with my lap top. within a few minutes the issues were resolved. Nyxie was intellegent, professional and friendly. I highly commend this employee.

The WORST service from Best Buy appliance delivery. We have been without a working washer and dryer for over two weeks because of their complete incompetence across four separate delivery attempts.
Attempt 1: Blamed our house wiring. The guy who came the second time said we had no wiring issue and that the guy was lying
Attempt 2: Delivered a physically broken/damaged washer.
Attempt 3: Canceled on the day of delivery without any notice.
Then I called about their service which was on schedule for Tuesday (Tomorrow) now they’re are pushing it to WEDNESDAY, the fourth time.
Days off of work to show up for no washer or dryer and paying for laundromat. This is pathetic. Do NOT order from them
Customer service offered an insulting $90 store credit after asking. Though wasting days of our time off from work.
