Best Buy Brick

I wanted a dash cam I purchased installed and met with Taylor and Colin. Since it was a new hybrid I did not want it wired. They both explained to me what needed to be done and asked me to bring in the dash cam so they could look at it. They pulled the charger out to make sure it would reach the center console by the arm rest where my 12v power outlet was located. It was good that they took the time to check as it did not reach. I purchased a longer charger and Taylor checked to confirm it would work. I scheduled the install with Taylor. On the day of the appointment, he was waiting for me, when over everything with me before starting the install. It was done a little sooner and was a very clean job. Taylor again went over what he did. These guys are very professional and have outstanding customer service skills. I would highly recommend them..

My advice is to stay away from this store for any phone repairs. They took my phone in for a battery replacement but failed to see there was a tiny chip in glass on bottom of screen. I waited three hours to find out they would not touch the phone because of the chip in the glass. Then could not refund my payment when services were not performed. Told me I would need to wait for Apple to refund me cause they work for Apple. They take soooo long to help you while they carry on full conversations with their coworkers. The customer comes last. A total waste of my time and money. Apple should be ashamed to be working with them. Shame on Apple for associating their name alongside Best Buy
