Ordered a new phone and case last Saturday for 2-day delivery, with this store fulfilling the order. They created a FedEx shipping label and have not updated the info in over four days. Now, I'm being told I'll have to pick up my phone at a physical store and wait an extra week for the case, which wouldn't have happened if this store actually shipped my order. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ive had no issues with the best buy in Eaton town but this one in brick has not been helpful. I ordered something that got delayed for 6 days and then the app wouldnt update the shipping information or any updates. Anyway I canceled the order and ordered off Amazon it came the next day.

Worst customer service experience ever, came in for a trade in the two employees have no idea how to do it got an appraisal for 30$ only for a geek squad member come and say actually there is no value. Useless people rather go to walmart for affordable technology then this trash big corporate company who cant bother to train there employees on basic customer service estiquette. Not once was i greeted friendly either.
