Do Not go to the Brick store for Geek Squad repairs, I went in for a loose power cord and was told my power cord was bad and I needed a new laptop which the tech tried to sell. I researched YouTube and purchased a new charging port for $5 on Amazon and repaired the laptop myself in 15 minutes. This store are a bunch of thieves and have no clue being a Geek Squad. By the way my power cord was good...

We had an excellent experience with Verizon Wireless at Best Buy! It was by far the easiest and fastest Verizon Wireless transaction we've ever had. The representative was super friendly and incredibly helpful, making the process smooth and stress-free. We were in and out in just 20 minutes! To top it off, the new phone arrived the very next day, and transferring all the contents from the old phone to the new one was a breeze. Highly recommend this location for quick and seamless service!
I don't recommend this store for anybody, I purchased a night owl security system, the young sales people ( i can't call them men because they acted like children) who waited on me had absolutely no knowledge of the product. They tried to tell me that it costs six hundred and ninety nine dollars to have a wireless system installed. I called Corp and found out it cost one hundred fifty nine dollars to have wireless installed. The idiots in the store still insist it's six hundred and ninety nine dollars. I sware to get hired in the brick store you have to pass a idiot test. I tried to return the unit the so called manager had no customer service skills. When I asked him Is name he said don't worry about my name. So I took out my phone and started video recording him, he got so mad that I was recording him that he refused to wait on me any more and walked away. I asked another employee his name and she told me she can't give me that information. Corp was just as bad they promised not to charge me for installation after 6 times of the geek squad not showing up. Oh by the way the geek squad doesn't do camera hook ups. The first guy that came said he didn't ever hook up a wireless system and insisted I wouldn't b able to watch the cameras on my phone unless I was home. Why would I need to watch from my own home. We were going on vacation the next day and really needed cameras. Hesaid go by ring cameras and ill hook them up. Which he did. But after he left I took them down, I called corporate back and after 5 cancelations finally 2 young men showed up and had no problem hooking them up. Corp promised to cancel the installation charge but it never came off my bill. If you deal with Best Buy beware. I will never buy anything from them again.
