Awesome, great customer service
After being turned away at Verizon when looking to purchase a new phone because they didn’t want to be working with me up until closing (I arrived over an hour before closing), I went to Best Buy to see if they could help me as I needed a new phone before heading out for travel the following morning. It was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Nick spent time with me to ensure I walked out of the store with a phone while tackling all of the hurdles of getting me off of a business account into a personal account (something only Verizon employees can assist with) and continued to be solutions oriented and extremely empathetic. He was absolutely incredible! I could not recommend utilizing Best Buy enough. For any and all electronic needs, I will be only be going to Best Buy from here on out!
