This “management” at this store is an absolute JOKE.
I ordered a refrigerator from Best Buy this week, and one of the key selling points was that the refrigerator would be dropped off, and completely installed to my home - along with my current one removed from the house.
When the drivers showed up, they refused to put the door handles on OR install the water line.
“Management” At the store was nowhere to be found. Absolutely 0 help at all.
Now I have 2 refrigerators in my kitchen because the contractor refused to remove the existing water line to and connect it to the new refrigerator.
Absolute joke all the way around!
My experience on 5/23/26 was very disappointing. The management at this location needs additional training on customer service and professionalism.
I went in to return an iPad Pro less than 20 minutes after purchasing it because I noticed marker handwriting on the box that I had not seen at the time of purchase. Since it was intended as a gift, I wanted a clean, presentable box. I asked if I could exchange it for another one, and I was told, “All boxes are marked like that.” I then simply requested a refund.
The process that followed made me feel uncomfortable. I had paid in cash, and I was given a difficult time getting my refund back. The original associate explained to the manager that I had just purchased the item less than 20 minutes earlier, but from that point on, I felt like I was being profiled.
The iPad box had never been opened, yet the manager asked me if I had opened it, which immediately made me question what was being implied. After processing my refund, he appeared to be communicating with someone through his headset and then proceeded to open the sealed iPad box and inspect everything inside. Again, I was left wondering what exactly was being implied by that behavior.
Afterward, he instructed the associate to give me my cash back, and then mentioned that he was going to check if they had iPads without markings on the truck. Hearing that was frustrating because earlier I had been told that all boxes were marked the same way.
This experience will not stop me from shopping at this location in the future, but I did not feel welcomed or valued as a customer, and I wanted to share my experience.
This Best Buy is on another level! Tons of inventory. All the latest gadgets. Stuff you don't see in some of the others north of here.
