The Best Buy store on Route 70 in Cherry Hill is THE WORST! My wife and I walked in there with the intention of buying a high end 75” TV. As soon as we entered the store, I noticed the scarcity of employees. We were the only customers browsing in that department for about 15 minutes, and watched two men engaged in conversation near the cash register. We assumed that one of them was a customer, and stood there waiting patiently while they laughed and joked. Once we realized that they were BOTH store employees, we decided to see how long it would take before one of them offered us assistance. We continued to wait until we finally concluded that the store did not need our business. and left. We ended up buying a TV at another store where we were welcomed at the door, pointed in the right direction, and assisted by an employee who provided us with the proper guidance to make the right decision. I will never return to the Best Buy store on Route 70 in Cherry Hill again.
