The nerve of young salespeople to think that just because someone is "old" they don't have tech knowledge. Calling a laptop a "desktop" when the customer was just confirming it was not a "Chromebook" assuming the "old" customer would think it was a desktop. Trying to sell a Microsoft package for $150.00 per device when he was already told that the customer has a subscription for all their devices and felt it necessary to add: it can save you money depending on how many devices you have. Seriously - I guess "old" people can't figure that out or have not already when the signed up for the Microsoft plan. On top of that the salesman did not even recommend 8 gb processor. I guess wasn't necessary. I intended to buy the 8 GB but decided to look on line and doing one for $100.00 less so I told the young man I changed mind. Some people think I should apologize. Why? So the young man climbed a ladder to get the laptop for me. Other than assuming all "old" people are stupid isn't that his job. Typically very nice to all in the customer service industry when the treat me with respect but when they don't all bets are off.

Bad selection. No displays for some items which takes away the fun of going in person. In my experience of purchasing here one time, associates were kind and helpful.

Normally we shop at nixon drive location but we were in the area so thought we would stop here. Bad decision. was greeted at door but received 0 help in the department we were looking in. ended up not purchasing anything. it was the NFC championship today so maybe everybody was focused on the eagles scores , im going to give the benefit of the doubt but my experience today was subpar.

Every time I come to this store I have a positive experience. I have purchased a total of 3 laptops here (1 was a gift), where they honored every sale and waited on me immediately. My latest trip I was helped by Alfonso Jimenez & Giancarlo Rodriguez & their customer service was A1. They were attentive, accommodating, informative & went above & beyond to ensure my product was exactly what I wanted. I left with the best deal & they answered all of my concerns regarding an investment like a computer. I would recommend this store to anyone & whoever does the hiring has phenomenal character judgment!
