The customer service Jose Rodriguez provided me was absolutely appalling. While pre-ordering my phone, he left me at every chance to try to make a different sale. Because of this he not only put in the wrong phone to be pre-ordered, he put in the wrong email so I couldn't check any of the information he put in wrong. Now I have to jump through hoops to get this problem resolved. He needs to be restrained.

Went in to find a 3in1 printer. After speaking with several associates, I decided on the Epson Ecotank ET-3950. Even at checkout, other employees stated what a great printer I was buying. Despite not having it in stock. Being a geek club member, Best Buy is shipping it overnight and ill have it this morning. ☮️&💚

Went in for the first time in a long time just to see what they had in there. Had a definite dreary feeling in there for some reason. It's definitely not the store I would frequent very often in the past. I could honestly say I would never need to go there ever again. The way it seemed in there I don't forsee them being around much longer.
