Was just there and the staff worked with me on a challenging situation. They had a critical staff member call out and were not able to do phone activations. They called around trying to figure out to get help from another store - but nothing seemed to work. At the end, they made the situation right and I got the phone I wanted at the price I had hoped for. Just the care in trying to make me happy almost brought tears to my eyes. This is great customer service - something rare these days.

Nice store, but did not have the item i needed even though the site said they had 2. The guys in the AV department went over and above to try to find them so they get an A+.
