Picked up some air conditioners to beat the heat that were on sale. Placed my pickup order online, and was ready in 15 minutes. Been shopping here for years for almost all my electronics, prices are always good, and the staff is always friendly. Also done plenty of online delivery orders and never had a problem.
I went ti buy a cord so I could see the broken screen on my phone. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helped with finding the right cord.
All the employees were professionally unwelcoming. “Did you need help with anything” asked by 5 employees within the 3 minutes of my arrival. Completely felt intimidated and soon left as my friend and I came in to shop for an external drive for the PlayStation while being watching heavily and followed. Let’s be real. There’s times when going above and beyond is great. And there’s times when it’s uncomfortable for guest experience. Horrible experience. We’re going to target or Walmart now. Yes my business elsewhere not hurting your store but it worth leaving a review. I really hope this help future customers and Best Buy to navigate customer satisfaction.
