BUYER BEWARE... Went to bet Buy Cherry Hill for tech services. I buy all of my electronics from this location. November 2024 bought 2 new laptops. Needed service for what was believed to be a Microsoft problem. Turns out Microsoft could not help because there is a problem with the serial number... When I got to the store the "Geek Squad" manager was insulting and condescending when I asked how much to fix my 8 month old laptop. He declined to give me an outright price and instead sold me a "Geek Squad" membership. The problem starts when I get home and check my Best Buy account to find out this purchase includes an ANNUAL renewable cost and CANNOT be declined. Once you purchase the service you will be billed annually FOREVER !!!!!! Like it or not !!!!

I placed an order on the date of June 28th for a television to be delivered. They said it would be delivered by June 29th. They proceed to send me an email saying the order has been delayed and it will be delivered July 13th which is a huge inconvenience to me. Do not order anything from this store as they did not even give me the option to pick it up in one of their local stores. I'm done with them Amazon only!!!
