Just literally left here about 30 minutes ago. The one guy I asked for help was very rude. I asked him about the meta glasses and he stated they were locked up. I went to wait over there and he pretend to be helping someone find a computer case. He wouldn’t even call an associate for me. It was when I had to ask another associate to help me and then she said I will call someone. She called someone and a nice gentleman came over to open the glass case where the glasses were located. Just wanted to highlight how rude the first associate was and it takes nothing to contact someone through your earpiece to assist a waiting customer.

Insanely understaffed. Came in to buy a new phone early on a weeknight. Couldn't even find help when I went to the back to ask and then went back to the (empty) place they told me to find someone.
It was a desert in there. Understaffing like this is disrespectful to companies and job-seekers.
