The worst customer service. Was not disclosed that they do not accept batteries for return when we purchased the battery yesterday. Then he tried to tell me it was out of return window when again it was purchased yesterday. Date on receipt. We did not open the battery we bought but they alleged that we did. The tape was off when we bought it. All that to say they can’t take it back.
Update to add: if you buy anything from here, check to make sure all the stickers are on properly before buying. Learn from me.
