Good luck if you ever try calling into the Deptford NJ store! This is the WORST telephone transfer system I have EVER dealt with. An AI rebot that cannot understand anything you’re requesting - then transfers to foreign countries where you cannot understand what they’re saying and who also cannot give you any information about getting your call to the necessary person or department within the store. After spending over an hour in the Best Buy store yesterday, speaking with a wonderful salesman, who offered to answer any questions I had just yesterday, I’m heading to Lowe’s to buy my new dishwasher! Best Buy you have to do better! Your customer service is terrible!
BTW - I am a total Best Buy member. I will reconsider my renewal for next year
