Horrible experience and horrible customer service. I ordered a PlayStation for delivery. They utilize a company @roadie for delivery. Brailyn C the driver, apparently said the package was delivered. However, it was not. He states it was handed to the recipient. The problem is 1) no one was home we were working. That’s the first lie. And 2) there’s no activity on my ring doorbell. I’ve tried reaching both companies and no one responds.
I’m out $500. And no assistance. Horrible experience.

Quick easy process and customer service was excellent.
Oscar Castillo, Geek Squad Sr. Counter Intelligence Agent provided ‘ Absolutely Exrmplary” customer service and technical support today. His professionalism and expertise were top-tier. He definitely understands the value in treating the customers who may not be the most computer-literate or technically savvy with respect and patience. His instant helpfulness and rapport-building went a long way in helping us address a problem and his recommendation for store purchases was extremely beneficial. Will definitely remain a Best Buy customer for our computer needs.

Went to this store to pick up a computer I ordered online. Employees were very helpful and got me in and out quickly. My problem is that I called the store with a question via the number listed on Google. I left an HDMI cord I bought in the cart and reached out to see if it was turned in. I live an hour away round trip. Come to find out you get routed to a call center and there is no direct line to the store. How does a large company such as best buy have no way to contact thier stores or a direct number to the store? Was told they can make a note on my account so if I get there they can check to see if it was turned in. Very upsetting, I know it's not the stores fault but how can there be no contact with the store at all? This should be looked into
