On March 18, 2025, I purchased a gas stove for delivery on Friday, March 21, 2025. My delivery window is between 3 PM and 7 PM. At 6:45 PM, I received a text message from the delivery driver, Ryan, informing me that the team was running behind schedule. The estimated delivery time was revised to 7:45 PM.
I tracked the delivery team’s time on Best Buy’s app. Initially, the app showed the delivery truck in my development, less than a minute away. However, after a few minutes, the truck disappeared, and the app indicated that the delivery was five minutes away, then six minutes away, and finally, it went away, prompting me to make another appointment.
I had taken a day off from work for this delivery, and unfortunately, it never arrived. As a result, I will not be making another appointment with Best Buy for delivery services.
