Terrible… claimed to have a gift card promotion and went in 2 hours after they opened since it’s a one single day deal and we’re “sold out” and was told it was a “extremely limited“ supply. What a scam.

Aidan Went Above and Beyond! I can’t say enough good things about Aidan from the Geek Squad at Best Buy in Deptford. I was in a pretty desperate situation with my phone. I had tickets to the Philadelphia Union game that night that I had bought for my son’s birthday, and I needed to get those tickets off my phone. I had already tried multiple ways to get it working using my work phone and other devices but nothing was working. Aidan could have easily treated it like just another repair, but instead he went out of his way to help me and stuck with it until we got the problem resolved. His patience, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference for me that day. Thanks to Aidan, I was able to get my phone working and, more importantly, make sure I didn’t miss out on something I had planned for my son’s birthday. People are quick to complain when they have a bad experience, so I wanted to take the time to recognize someone who genuinely deserves some credit. Aidan is an absolute asset to the Geek Squad and Best Buy. If you’re dealing with a tech problem, I highly recommend asking for him. He took a stressful situation and made sure it had a happy ending.
