Walked in twice to try buy a laptop, already knew what I wanted to just needed someone to ring me up - apparently I needed to put my name into a queue at the entrance. When I was told this there were maybe 3 customers in the entire store. I couldn’t even find where to put my name in the queue and the security guard up front didn’t know. Walked out a second time empty handed. If this place is still here in 2 years I’ll be astounded.

No employee service. Asked a guy for help and he called for someone to assist. Instead, 4 employees gathered at the front door to chat while I stood 20 feet away being ignored. There's a reason this place is failing and it's the terrible service.
